Can you put the ball tracer on the next video so we can see the changes in the ball flight.

I was a 10 handicap for a while but suffered injuries to my back and shoulders leaving me shooting in the 1teens. I will never swing the way I used to so a rebuild was necessary. I will say I’m trending in the right direction with 92 my last 4 rounds and you had most to do with it Pete. Thank you. It has been a literal “Swing Quest” 😉

This was a great video to find as you’re working on exactly what I want to work on. I take the club too far outside and I’ve never found anyone that helps with that as everyone else takes the club too far inside

This is going to be really interesting: I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve my swing and following someone of your calibre on this journey is going to be fascinating 👍 Also it would be really useful to see how you take (or deal with) your partial rebuilds out on the course during the 6 months!

These videos actually help really well, my biggest problem is bunker shots, choosing the correct lofted club, i always go 60deg and also committing to the shot.

Cheers, great to be able to follow along on your swing rebuild journey. I’m in the process, first step for me was adding a daily mobility routine which includes a lot of stretches for rotation and shoulders etc. Been working on the swing this season, trying to adopt Cowen techniques and tips from you, Andy and Danny . It is working, far more consistent, shot a PB last round. Two practice sessions a week, and goal is one round as well but sometimes life gets in the way.

Really looking forward to following this series. I bought a Hackmotion and it saved me from giving up the game. The product works better than advertised.

This is going to be an interesting journey to watch the process of the swing change! I'm looking forward to it and seeing the improvement in consistency and then trying to follow the same to apply to my own swing.

Nice video. My current thought on swing, my swing, is not standing up a bit on the takeaway. Keep up with these as it really does give a good reminder to things we probably all need to see.

Hey glad to see Pete still grinding away. Love the nice easy swinging fade swing though
Been a natural right to lefter myself but have been trying the reverse of what’s Pete’s doing to change his swing…… and I love the squeezed fade as I’ve never struck down into the ball like I have been…… and I love it although even with my Forged D7 irons I don’t launch it high like I do with a draw…… weirdly lol
So I think I’ve gone to far now on my takeaway outside too much…… so watching this video and hopefully more videos to come…… we both should be on point for nice easy draw fade options being made easier by watching these videos
Great work as ever Pete……. Love it

Ahh Tiger er Pete. I wish you luck. As any golfer amongst us amateurs we always try to improve. Wish you luck cause this game we love is so hard. Thanks Pete

If a higher handicapper wanted to do something similar over the winter period, how many times a week, out of three available days, would you say go to the range to practice, against going on course.
    A very interesting proposition, Pete.

Did you notice any downside to switching to the jumbo grips? I was told getting a thicker grip could result in more slices.

Well, a friend of mine wanted to make swing changes and was advised he would have to hit 10,000 balls to implement the adjustment(s). From my experience I told him that is utter nonsense. He only needed to hit THREE (yes, 3!). One ball to make the correction, one ball to perfect the correction, and one ball to confirm the correction. If he could not do it with just a few swings, it wasn't gonna happen. Guess what? After hitting a whole lotta balls, no improvement. The point here: no commitment, no change. So, Peter, stay committed and the changes will come quicker than you think. Thanks/MG

A shallow pull-cut shouldn't be puffy and weak. That's a steep cut.. Look at DJ and hovland. I've been working on that to neutralize my over draws and it's been very helpful.. Work in progress.. I've mostly focused on my vertical swing plane (flightscope) and lowering it which makes it easy to practice without getting lost in data. I also have a steep backswing but that suits my goal as I want to go from vertical to force it to shallow (like Hovland).. I used to be taking it inside and lifting which would come down steep. Golf is a game of opposites. :D

Peter - in this video I note that your feet are aligned down the target line (or just slightly to the right) but your shoulders are aligned to the left(!). Hence your tendency towards on "over the top" move. Get your right elbow in at address, get your shoulders aligned, and your swing will more naturally improve.

Isn’t a bowed wrist going to result in a lower ball flight?

Hey, hurt my right elbow/shoulder months back and need a shorter back swing. Is there any tips on how to keep up a good level with a shorter swing?
My follow thru feels weird and I've not confidence in my drives anymore.

Price of every golf device is a joke. When you see whats inside the driver head, which is absolutely nothing special it just feels stupid to pay £500 for a single club. Thats the sport unfortunately. I do have the problem with cupping my wrist a lot and could find that device helpful. But not for £300 for basic version 🤣
