But can't you just run away during the explanation?I mean it'd be funny that to the player's disarray the culprit just leaves while you try to explain what happened
A: The little turdclod over there.... A: Used the locker as a diversion! A: Then he snuck into the classroom.... A: And ate the shit out of my cakes! B: What evidence do you have to prove this? A: You're the only shithead who wears heels! C: *No, that's wrong!*
I had a fake trial once and when i was explaining the story i said one piece of evidence wrong (wrench) as the murder weapon and that got me convicted. (Ultimate mechanic)
@@brandonthehylian3954 Ehh as much as V3 kneecaps itself in terms of plot, the ending is basically confirmation you don't have to consider it canon. Either way I headcanon Kaede as surviving. She's just way too great of a character to be wasted like that
[ACT 1] Let's take a look at this case from the very beginning. Today in the mess hall, Leah got annoyed by our loud conversation and announced that she wanted the secondary lodge empty at 6:00, so she could read in peace. She also told us her technique of reading one page per minute in any book. That'll be important later on. Shortly after this, the main lodge opened at 12:00 PM, as it does every day. The culprit's plan was starting to take shape. [ACT 2] Whenever we enter the lodge, which most of us do, we are instructed to put our coats in the coat room. The heating in the main lodge works the best, so a majority of us tend to go there as soon as it opens up. The culprit was going to use that fact for their plan. After the lobby had been open long enough, the killer snuck into the coat room and stole one thing: Aiden's coat. Because we wear them so much, everyone knows who's coat is whos. This was vital to the killer's plan. [ACT 3] The killer waited for 6:00 PM to arrive so they could continue with the murder. They had made sure to hide every last bit of skin with winter gear, as well as Aiden's coat. They waited outside the secondary lodge until they saw Leah through the window. They intended to go through the front door and kill her then, but Leah had barricaded the door. The killer couldn't try breaking down the barricade, because it would alert Leah. The only other way inside was by going down the chimney, and that's exactly what the killer planned to do. They climbed up one of the pipes that works the heating until they reached the roof. Once there, they shimmied down the chimney into the kitchen, where the chimney was accidentally built. This must have taken quite some time, which I'll get into later. [ACT 4] The culprit grabbed a towel from the kitchen and snuck into the lobby, where Leah was reading. Making sure to stay absolutely quiet, they made their way behind Leah, who was sitting on the couch. Once their, they pulled out the rag and put it around Leah's neck. They started pulling and strangling before she could fight back. Leah probably knew she would die no matter what, so she made a last ditch effort to aid us in solving this murder. With the pen she was using to take notes, she scribbled "1 PPM" on her bookmark, and put it in page 148. Leah was so entranced in her reading that not even her knew what time it was, but with that clue, we would be able to figure it out. The culprit must not have realized what she had done, because we found the book in the secondary lodge during the investigation. Once Leah was dead, the culprit put the towel back, scooped up Leah's body, took down the barricade, and headed for a specific location. [ACT 5] A day prior, Monokuma had told us of a spot near the ski resort's entrance where the snow reached 10 feet deep. This seemed like the perfect place to hide Leah's body. The culprit took the body down to spot, with a shovel to dig up the snow too. They intended to hide her body under the snow so it would take us a long time to find her. What the killer didn't expect... was that the snow was extremely loose. One step in that area almost made them sink into the snow completely. They wouldn't be able to get it far enough from the edge for the idea to be useful, so they had to improvise. [ACT 6] The culprit temporarily hid Leah's body in the gym closet while they headed off to the main lodge. The next part of their improvised plan would have to wait until 10:00 PM. They figured getting an alibi would be a good course of action in their down time. They headed to the dining hall, where Marco had planned a bingo night for us to attend. Of course, not everyone showed up, but it would still be useful to go there. The culprit was about to head inside when they realized they still had Aiden's coat on. Another idea must have came to them at that time. The killer headed back outside and to the sliding door at the back of the dining hall. They covered themselves in some snow and made a show of panting as they walked through the dining hall. This was done to further incriminate Aiden. Once they were back in the lobby, they put Aiden's coat back and headed into the dining hall to get their alibi. But... they made one major mistake. They had forgotten to take off their beanie, which had a custom "D" stitched into it. We didn't realize this until later, but it was still a major part of the culprit's undoing. [ACT 7] The culprit left the bingo night at 9:50 PM, headed to the giant Monokuma statue. The Monokuma statue slams it's gavel down at 10:00 PM every night to indicate nighttime. The culprit had to make sure everything was lined up, but this would be no issue for them. They place a cornhole board in such a way that it faces the deep snow pit, without being in the way of the gavel. Once the clock was about a minute before 10:00 PM, the culprit retrieved Leah's body and placed it on the cornhole board. When the time reached 10:00 PM, the gavel slammed down as normal... and sent Leah's body careening into the snow pit! Thanks to the culprit's excellent calculating skills, the body landed in the dead center of snow pit and landed multiple feet down. And with the forecasted 10 inches of snowfall that night, the culprit assumed the snow would cover up any noticeable differences. And in truth, they were right. If it weren't for Leah's glasses falling off and landing on the snow pit, we may never have found her. David Huxley, the Ultimate Mathmetician... this crime was committed by you, wasn't it?
Monokuma pulled out a hammer and pressed it against a button, the screen below the button lit up, and it showed a pixelated version of David getting dragged away by Monokuma, below this, it said the words “David Huxley has been found guilty! Time for punishment!” David is seen in a desk, tied down by a rope to a chair, in front of a computer screen, his hands are still maneuverable. Attached to his head is a device, with a single rod poking at his head. Suddenly, the computer lights up. “Punishment^3 Ultimate Mathematician David Huxley Execution: Executed” the computer said, suddenly, it changed what’s on it, a basic math problem “2+2” it said, as David typed in a four. The computer congratulated David for his answer, before moving onto the next question, and this went on for hundreds of questions, each one getting harder until David was full of fatigue. “The final question!” The computer said to a David who was barely conscious at this point. “0+0,” David smirked at the easy question, but as he reached for the 0 key, he suddenly felt a wave of fatigue hit him, just enough to make him move his hand and hit the 9 key His answer was incorrect, and the screen said so “Your answer was incorrect, failure!” Suddenly, the Rod that had been stuck on David’s head flung into his head, forcing his brain out, leaving David sitting there, dead.
"That's the truth behind your lies, XXX. The Ultimate XXX" "And that's the whole story. Am I wrong, XXX, The Ultimate XXX?" "XXX, The Ultimate XXX! You're the culprit behind these murders!: "This is the truth you've forgotten, XXX, The Ultimate XXX." "The culprit is in that Exisal. It's you, isn't it? XXX, The Ultimate XXX!" "If i'm wrong, please... refute me. Please tell us you aren't the mastermind! XXX, The Ultimate XXX!"
[ACT 1] During the morning, Johnny had rushed to the nurse’s office after morning recess, from there, everyone had alibis on what he had looked like before the fight had started. [ACT 2] When he opened the door, 2 kids, Bane and Nick were there, supposedly having the same cases of a headache: the thing that was faked from the very beginning of this case. Because they all planned the fight to happen. [ACT 3] After getting settled in, the nurse went to the other room, while out culprit had then stepping into the room to begin. During the fight, one of them had lost a tooth, which was our culprit, because after the fight someone had asked what had happened to it. When we investigated the scene, there was also bloodstains on one of the shirts, meaning one of the two fighting had cleaned themselves up, of course disguised the fight as an accident, however there was one piece of evidence for how this was indeed a fight. [ACT 4] When investigating, a tooth was found behind the desk, and to make it seem like a fall, they were both laying on the ground laughing as if they had only just fell, but in reality, something far worse had happened. Because security footage had caught it all, or so we thought. When checked, a small part of it was cut out, and this could only be done by the student council president, who was also in the nurses room at the time. So teacher, do have any objections? Micheal is our true culprit, and no, it was not an accident at all! -CLEAR-

*I'LL CUT THROUGH THOSE WORDS!* The best one was Chapter 3's Closing Argument. I loved how Kiyo managed to create such complicated murder and kill one of my favourite characters and my most hated character
NO THATS WRONG! if we are talking complicated thens act 2 is the most complicated because i mean the cause of death is surprising because we all thought at first the death was piranhas but we realised that is was from drowning so we thought that it was from the tank but actually it came from ryomas lab so we have to figure out how the body came to the gym and in the end we realised that is was like a ropeway for the body and oh yeah there was the whole "himikos trick" thing going on and "if shes the culprit" too and i almost forgot the "INSECT MEET AND GREET" god dammit so shuichi, tenko, tsumugi, kebo, korekiyo, gonta, angie, kokichi and himiko at 8:00 and 8;55 but kokichi left to 9:00 to 11:00 god that sucked so the only people left were kurumi , miu , maki and kaito and dont forget kokichi but in the end we find out it was kurumi so THATS THE TRUTH OF THIS CASE

it would be so awesome if someone made a fan closing arguement for one of the final ace attorney cases. and heres my attempt!! so, SPOILERS FOR THE FINAL CASE OF THE FIRST GAME HERES EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE!!! this incident began, shockingly, 13 years ago. during the shocking case known as the dl-6 incident, which took place in an elevator in this very courtroom. the attorney, gregory edgeworth had just finished up with a trial, and was taking his son miles back home, along with a bailiff, yanni yogi. at that point, a major earthquake happened in the city, which caused the elevator to screech to a halt, and get badly stuck. gregory, for the sake of his son, tried to remain composed, but yanni yogi wasnt one to keep his cool. terrified at the prospect of losing air, yanni began to panic, and lash out at gregory, who tried in vain to calm him down. miles, watching, began to panic himself, and picked up whatever was closest to him to throw at yanni, in defense of his father. which just so happened to be yogis gun. miles threw the gun, and passed out, as soon as he heard it fire, and a pained scream fill the room, making him believed he killed his father. not the case. yanni yogi passed out soon after, as to which, the door to the elevator opened, and the true culprit stepped in. still in pain after being shot, he saw the 3 people, laying passed out in the elevator. still fuming from their previous defeat at gregorys hands, they made a hefty decision. they picked up yanni yogis gun, and fired one round directly into gregorys heart, finishing him off. fast forward to this case, the murder on gourd lake, which was the culprits last chance to eliminate the pedigree of his nemesis once and for all. they took advantage of yanni yogi, who had his life ruined by the incident, and coerced him into killing the lawyer that ruined his reputation. they also gave yogi very specific instructuons, which were going to be used, to frame miles edgeworth for the murder. at the night of the murder, yogi called the victim, robert hammond to the boat shop. where then, he fired a single round into hammonds body. killing him. he then donned hammonds cloths, and went out of the boat, to meet with miles. while on the boat, he discharged a single shot, to get any possible witness's attention. he then fired off a second shot, after which then he dove into the lake, dropping the gun. miles, in a state of shock and panic, picked up the gun, to confirm what it was. upon making it back to shore..he was swiftly arrested the next day..and we never would have figured out the culrprits trick..if it werent for mister grossberg.... the murder of gregory edgeworth..the manipulation of yanni yogi...all caused by one man. manfred von karma!!! this is the end of your not so perfect crime!!!

I saw a similar comment here a while ago, where someone made a closing argument to an Ace Attorney case. And I liked it so much, I decided to make my own over the first case to Apollo Justice. Enjoy! And spoilers for the first case of AA:AJ! Here comes *JUSTICE!* Let's take a look over this entire case one last time. Just to make sure we have all our facts straight... This all started one fateful night when Mr. Phoenix Wright and his friend, our culprit, dined together at the Borscht Bowl Club, where Phoenix works as a pianist. Once they were finished, our culprit supposedly left the scene. But not without passing by a certain someone on the way out. Our victim, Shadi Smith. I don't know who this stranger is in the eyes of our culprit, or what their connection is, but one thing was perfectly clear. Our culprit clearly did not like the idea of Shadi Smith meeting Phoenix. And so... Their plan was set in motion. A plan of murder... Shadi Smith met with Phoenix, most likely discussing a future game of poker, whom Phoenix is the main attraction for at the Borscht Bowl Club. In courtesy of their meeting, Phoenix reached down and grabbed a bottle of grape juice by the neck to simply hand it to Mr. Smith, thus putting the fingerprints we had thought were on it for murderous intention obsolete. Meanwhile, the waitress Olga Orly, who was in cahoots with Mr. Smith, was snapping pictures of the exchange. Little did Phoenix know, she had slipped a little something in his pocket for him and Mr. Smith's upcoming game. The 7 of Hearts, the trump card that would ruin Phoenix's poker career forever. Fortunately for him, he had happened to reach into his pocket and found the card. Not wanting to loose credibility, he stuffed the card in an empty bottle of grape juice. And thus, Olga and Mr. Smith's trump card suddenly vanished. They all went down into the Hydeout and played their game in full. When it neared it's end, Mr. Smith called Phoenix out as a cheater for switching a card, in this case the 7 of Hearts, in exchange for an Ace. They checked his pockets, only to find that the card was no longer there. Enraged and believing it was Olga's fault, Mr. Smith grabbed a bottle of grape juice and smacked it upside Olga's neck, knocking her unconscious. Phoenix left the scene and headed back upstairs to call the police, leaving Mr. Smith to calm down. Only, to neither of their knowledge, a dark force had been lurking in the shadows... The killer. Being a regular of the Borscht Bowl Club, the killer knew the ins and outs of even the club's most secret compartments. Down in the Hydeout, our killer lied in wait for the perfect opportunity to strike. Mr. Smith had sat back down in his chair, most likely pondering his action and the failure of his plan. And that's when it happened... Behind him, the cupboard had moved out of the way to reveal... A secret compartment. One where the killer had waited inside to finally act on his plan. Hearing the cupboard shift to it's side, Mr. Smith had turned around in his swivel chair. The time was now... It was time to attack! The killer leapt from the shadows, grabbed the same bottle of grape juice Mr. Smith had used to attack Olga, and whacked him square on the forehead, killing him instantly. The blue cards flying and fluttering off the table most likely left an impression on our killer after the deed, for it was a single slip of their tongue about the card's color that made us suspect this person in the first place. With the job done, the culprit sank back into the shadows and closed the secret entrance, made his way back upstairs, and officially left the scene. Phoenix, now done with his phone call, came back down to find a dead Shadi Smith, blood dripping down the back of his forehead. And if it wasn't for the bloody Ace our culprit had left behind, we would have never figured out the secret entrance our culprit used to kill Mr. Smith. Before leaving, knowing the cops would be at the club any minute, Phoenix decided to put Mr. Smith's hat back on his head, which had flown off from the impact of the bottle. Which means, our prime suspect would have never known Mr. Smith was bald... unless they saw him without his hat. With that, Phoenix left the scene and went upstairs to call a very good friend of his. A defense attorney... and our culprit... I can't believe I'm saying this, but it all only points to you... The culprit is... My own mentor, Kristoph Gavin! Why?! Why would you do something like this?!
@@AnalogNoise This is the Truth behind this case!!!. *Chapter 7* The night of the murder, when Spark Brushel went to Drew Misham's home to make a news article, is when this case started. You see, Drew doesn't usually let anybody enter his apartment, so this would be the only time any reporter would have to do an interview, an opportunity Spark couldn't miss. Prior to Brushel's arrival, Drew had finished writting a letter. Because he lacked an stamp he used the one that his daugther Vera treasured for so many years. Unbeknown to him, however, he had already received the Kiss of Death. *Chapter 8* Meanwhile both Drew and Spark were talking, Vera was in the kitchen making beverages for the three of them. After handing everybody their drinks it happened. Drew, who had drank, without knowing, atroquinine spasmed and died just after taking his first sip out of his coffee. This explains the poison found in the mug's rim. The killer's plan had worked!. To know his motives, however, we must travel seven years back in time to Magnify Gramarye's murder. *Chapter 1* This case starts just after Magnify had put an unbelievable plan into motion: He sent both of his apprentices a letter stating that if they wanted the rights for the Gramarye's tricks then they would have to come to his hospital room and shoot one shot straight in the clown's forehead. The order chosen by Magnify in which his appretices would come for this test ended up playing a key role in this case. *Chapter 2* Zak was summoned first. He entered, picked his gun and then shoot one shot, straight in the doll clown's forehead. This was the right answer prepared by Magnify himself. Impressed with his pupil, Magnify decided to give Zak the rights to the troupe's repertoire. *Chapter 3* Magnify's second disciple's time of arrival came and with it, our second culprit. He had decided to follow Magnify's orders in the letter to the minimal detail, ergo, he was prepared to kill his master. However, at the last minute he decided that he couldn't do it, left the gun behind and waltzed away, not a shot fired. *Chapter 4* That's when our second culprit heard a sound he wasn't expecting to heard: A gunshot coming from his master's room. Panicked, he ran back into Magnify's room and saw his master lying death in his hospital bed. That's when he decided to put his original plan into motion: Using a syringe with IV he had prepared beforehand, he would make it look like Zak was the culprit of their master's death. This was Valants entire plan to win the rights for the Gramarye's repertoire. However, this was only the beginning of our current case... *Chapter 5* Zak, after being arrested in suspicion of Magnify's murder, had contacted our culprit as his defense attorney. This was the best client any Defense could get and so, to secure his victory, he went to the Misham's so he could get his ace in the hole: a forgery of the missing diary page of Magnify's diary. However, he, being cold and calculative, decided to leave a way to easily dispose of both of them with no witnesses. When he went to ask Drew for the forgery work he noticed that Vera loves nail polish, so he had decided to use that as his murder weapon. In a cruel twist of fate, Zak had called our culprit for a game of poker. After our culprit lost, Zak fired him because Zak believe that any attorney worth their value would defeat him in poker. This angered our culprit, more so after he discovered who the new defense attorney was. So he had decided to repurpose his forged page as a way to have Phoenix Wright disbarred. *Chapter 6* After picking his forged page, the criminal gifted Vera a nail polish and then told Drew to answer the letter with the money transaction with another letter that used the same stamp as confirmation that the money had been received. You see, our killer wanted to use the stamp as his second murder weapon, in that way he could kill both Vera and Drew without leaving evidence behind. However, unbeknown to him, Vera licked the stamp so much that Drew decided to use another one instead. That is how the stamp sat in his desk like a ticking bomb. Till it was activated the night Spark would have his interview. And that is how this entire case happened. The only one with an opportunity to poison both Misham's, knowledge of the forged page, an opportunity to silence Zak and a motive behind both the murders of both Drew and Zak and Phoenix's disbarrment can only be you! My ex-mentor, Kristoph Gavin, you are the only one evil enough to pull a case like this!. *------ BREAK -------*

Since so many people are doing it, I will too. Here’s my Danganronpa case. [Act 1] It started in the library at around 5 PM. While everyone else was mingling with one another at Firefly’s performance in the gym, Victoria was secretly planning to kill two people today. At the time, however, we wouldn’t have thought anything of it because Rocket, Tetra, Victoria, and the culprit were playing D&D in the library. Victoria would excuse herself from the table to allegedly go to the bathroom. In reality, she was sneaking backstage to steal Firefly’s room key. That would explain the thuds we heard during the show. Victoria got lucky, however, as she didn’t make too much noise. She snuck back to Firefly’s room, and broke in, stealing just a few things. Those items being a speaker and some cable. [Act 2] After five minutes, Victoria would return to her game of D&D with the others. The items were safely stowed away near her lab. Her plan was almost in motion. After the game had finished up, she left the library and fetched the culprit, knowing how much he loved to play guitar, and offered to play a show with him. The culprit gladly accepted, and began to move the speakers into the gym. Then, Victoria would go to Moonrise, asking them to help write some songs for their show and bringing them to the gym. [Act 3] Unbeknownst to Victoria, the culprit had asked another person to help, that person being Lei, the background designer. But Lei was in the wrong place, at a very wrong time. The culprit would suspend the speakers from the ceiling using the cables given to him by Victoria. He didn’t know how weak they were, and if a little more pressure were applied, they could’ve fallen right there, ruining Victoria’s entire plot. After finishing the suspension, the culprit gave the rest of the cable back to Victoria, who would leave after taking the extra cables. Soon after this, Moonrise would leave as well to go grab dinner. Maybe if Moonrise had stayed, this case could’ve been a little easier… [Act 4] This was it. Victoria’s plan was finally going to come to fruition. As Vincent got out his guitar, and plugged it up into the amp, he’d play a loud note. The volume of the note caused the room to shake, just a small bit, and when it did… SNAP! The speakers fell down, instantly killing Lei who was standing just underneath them. Victoria only had so much time before we would’ve found the body, and in that time, she managed to successfully disarm and tie up the culprit with the remaining cable, then lock him in his own guitar case. That’s why the culprit isn’t even here! [Act 5] With the remaining time she had left, she dragged the case backstage, and darted out the same door she used to access the stage during the very beginning of her plan. Clover was the first one to find the body, crushed underneath the speaker. We’re lucky that it was only Clover who went in. If more than one of us went in, we may have never solved the case. That’s because of Monokuma’s rule: Three students have to find the body for the announcement to go off. Those three students were Victoria, Clover, and the culprit. We would have never been able to figure out Victoria’s trick if someone else went in with them. The culprit… of this case, even if it isn’t his fault, and as much as we don’t want to believe it, is Vincent, the Ultimate Guitarist.
*Let's take a look back at everything that occured* ACT 1 Last night at 8 pm Xyax told me and the others to arrive at her lab asap, we all arrived there at 8 a few 5 mins later, Xyax told us about an invention she made which was a threat detecter, she demonstrated it by using me, she wanted me to stand still as she grabbed a knife, then... ...she ran at me, and hit my head with it, but, it was a fake knife, After the demonstration our monotablet made a short beeping sound, Xyax told us that was for any threat that was gonna harm one of us, but it only goes off on physical harm Once we all saw xyax's creation we all left as we had to return to our dorms However, one of us knowing that Xyax would have the ability and was able to tell us who is being attacked knew this would be a problem in their plan, so around 1 in the morning the killer snunk into Xyax's lab and stole her Monotablet, ACT 2 This morning when everyone gathered in the cafeteria, We noticed nano wasn't acting like herself, a few of us volunteered to help her, that was Xyax, Misla, Nomoa and the killer Once Nano was taken back to her room One person wanted to stay with her to make sure she was alright but, this was just part one of their murder, the killer soon left Nano's room and went to head towards the level 4 area, the Military outpost, military lab and the reactor room, once the killer used their Monotablet to gain access they went to the Military lab and started their first part of their murder, they Created a posion known as X-7 which.. can only kill a person if the posion is in food or in liquid, when the killer finished making the posion they heard someone was coming so they quickly grabbed their posion and ran into the storage room in the lab, the killer forgot that Nima was doing an experiment, the killer thought they'd be stuck in there but Nima left to meet up with Misla, Once the opening was clear the killer then ran out of the military lab but there was an issue.. they saw me starting to walk towards the Military Outpost, the killer which had Xyax's Monotablet used it to open a hidden passage so they could escape from there, ACT 3 With the killer having the posion they messaged Nano on Xyax's monotablet to meet her in her lab as she knows how to make her feel better, nano didn't think anything of it.. she didn't even know she was stepping into the killers trap.. Nano arrived at Xyax's lab at 9:32, she saw nobody was in the room, but she saw a note with some food which was posioned by the killer.. Nano took a bite out of the food but... ...The posion didn't work, the killer's perfect plan was already ruined or, so they thought.. The killer took out their own weapon, the Pistol we found on the ground in Nano's right hand, they wanted us to think she killed herself but this wasn't true.. with some evidence we got from X3-K7 he was able to help us detect it wasn't a bullet shot that killed her, it was the posion, the bullet and the killer grabbing a hard object to knock her down, which.. is why one of the drones Xyax had was damaged, the killer wanted us to believe that Xyax, misla and Nomoa one of them committed this crime, as they placed down a very specific item that only those 3 like, the Golden rose Act 4 After the killer had finished their crime they noticed that the hallways to the dorms leading towards the gym, the cafeteria, and Xyax's lab, had cameras so, the killer used Xyax's Monotablet to turn off the camera and delete the footage, they thought that they were able to get finished with the murder now that everything was in place but, they forgot that the Camera footage is stored in the security office that only the student concil could access, and one of the cameras only had footage of them, the one in the military lab hall With everything setup and done the killer soon joined us at the Mono statue as Monokuma had to tell us all something, the killer wasn't the last one to arrive tho it was also Xyax, Misla and Nomoa.. the very ones that also helped Nano, once Monokuma was done giving his speech Xyax asked if we could all go to her lab as she wants to show us the lastest drone she created and which most of us agreed, some of us decided to check around so, with half of us following Xyax and the other half not coming, xyax took us to her lab but.. we didn't expect to see nano on the ground.. the killer acted like they were in shock also but deep down.. they were proud their plan worked and now everyone thinks that Xyax was the killer, however the killer also made a mistake.. the gun in nano's hand was the only pistol that had a laser sight and a golden color tint on it.. it was the killer's own weapon they always carry with them, This was the murder you commited isn't that right, Talon MIlan Talosa, the Ultimate Soldier!

[ACT 1]
Let's take a look at this case from the very beginning.
[ACT 2]
Whenever we enter the lodge, which most of us do, we are instructed to put our coats in the coat room.
[ACT 3]
The killer waited for 6:00 PM to arrive so they could continue with the murder.
[ACT 4]
The culprit grabbed a towel from the kitchen and snuck into the lobby, where Leah was reading.
[ACT 5]
A day prior, Monokuma had told us of a spot near the ski resort's entrance where the snow reached 10 feet deep.
[ACT 6]
The culprit temporarily hid Leah's body in the gym closet while they headed off to the main lodge.
[ACT 7]
The culprit left the bingo night at 9:50 PM, headed to the giant Monokuma statue.

“Punishment^3
Ultimate Mathematician David Huxley Execution: Executed” the computer said, suddenly, it changed what’s on it, a basic math problem
“2+2” it said, as David typed in a four.
The computer congratulated David for his answer, before moving onto the next question, and this went on for hundreds of questions, each one getting harder until David was full of fatigue. “The final question!” The computer said to a David who was barely conscious at this point. “0+0,” David smirked at the easy question, but as he reached for the 0 key, he suddenly felt a wave of fatigue hit him, just enough to make him move his hand and hit the 9 key
His answer was incorrect, and the screen said so
“Your answer was incorrect, failure!”
Suddenly, the Rod that had been stuck on David’s head flung into his head, forcing his brain out, leaving David sitting there, dead.

When we investigated the scene, there was also bloodstains on one of the shirts, meaning one of the two fighting had cleaned themselves up, of course disguised the fight as an accident, however there was one piece of evidence for how this was indeed a fight.

When investigating, a tooth was found behind the desk, and to make it seem like a fall, they were both laying on the ground laughing as if they had only just fell, but in reality, something far worse had happened. Because security footage had caught it all, or so we thought. When checked, a small part of it was cut out, and this could only be done by the student council president, who was also in the nurses room at the time.

this incident began, shockingly, 13 years ago. during the shocking case known as the dl-6 incident, which took place in an elevator in this very courtroom. the attorney, gregory edgeworth had just finished up with a trial, and was taking his son miles back home, along with a bailiff, yanni yogi. at that point, a major earthquake happened in the city, which caused the elevator to screech to a halt, and get badly stuck. gregory, for the sake of his son, tried to remain composed, but yanni yogi wasnt one to keep his cool. terrified at the prospect of losing air, yanni began to panic, and lash out at gregory, who tried in vain to calm him down. miles, watching, began to panic himself, and picked up whatever was closest to him to throw at yanni, in defense of his father. which just so happened to be yogis gun. miles threw the gun, and passed out, as soon as he heard it fire, and a pained scream fill the room, making him believed he killed his father. not the case. yanni yogi passed out soon after, as to which, the door to the elevator opened, and the true culprit stepped in. still in pain after being shot, he saw the 3 people, laying passed out in the elevator. still fuming from their previous defeat at gregorys hands, they made a hefty decision. they picked up yanni yogis gun, and fired one round directly into gregorys heart, finishing him off. fast forward to this case, the murder on gourd lake, which was the culprits last chance to eliminate the pedigree of his nemesis once and for all. they took advantage of yanni yogi, who had his life ruined by the incident, and coerced him into killing the lawyer that ruined his reputation. they also gave yogi very specific instructuons, which were going to be used, to frame miles edgeworth for the murder. at the night of the murder, yogi called the victim, robert hammond to the boat shop. where then, he fired a single round into hammonds body. killing him. he then donned hammonds cloths, and went out of the boat, to meet with miles. while on the boat, he discharged a single shot, to get any possible witness's attention. he then fired off a second shot, after which then he dove into the lake, dropping the gun. miles, in a state of shock and panic, picked up the gun, to confirm what it was. upon making it back to shore..he was swiftly arrested the next day..and we never would have figured out the culrprits trick..if it werent for mister grossberg....

Here comes *JUSTICE!*
Let's take a look over this entire case one last time.

The night of the murder, when Spark Brushel went to Drew Misham's home to make a news article, is when this case started.
*Chapter 8*
Meanwhile both Drew and Spark were talking, Vera was in the kitchen making beverages for the three of them.
*Chapter 1*
This case starts just after Magnify had put an unbelievable plan into motion: He sent both of his apprentices a letter stating that if they wanted the rights for the Gramarye's tricks then they would have to come to his hospital room and shoot one shot straight in the clown's forehead. The order chosen by Magnify in which his appretices would come for this test ended up playing a key role in this case.
*Chapter 2*
Zak was summoned first. He entered, picked his gun and then shoot one shot, straight in the doll clown's forehead. This was the right answer prepared by Magnify himself.
Impressed with his pupil, Magnify decided to give Zak the rights to the troupe's repertoire.
*Chapter 3*
Magnify's second disciple's time of arrival came and with it, our second culprit. He had decided to follow Magnify's orders in the letter to the minimal detail, ergo, he was prepared to kill his master. However, at the last minute he decided that he couldn't do it, left the gun behind and waltzed away, not a shot fired.
*Chapter 4*
That's when our second culprit heard a sound he wasn't expecting to heard: A gunshot coming from his master's room.
*Chapter 5*
Zak, after being arrested in suspicion of Magnify's murder, had contacted our culprit as his defense attorney.
*Chapter 6*
After picking his forged page, the criminal gifted Vera a nail polish and then told Drew to answer the letter with the money transaction with another letter that used the same stamp as confirmation that the money had been received.

Since so many people are doing it, I will too. Here’s my Danganronpa case.
[Act 1]
It started in the library at around 5 PM.
[Act 2]
After five minutes, Victoria would return to her game of D&D with the others.
[Act 3]
Unbeknownst to Victoria, the culprit had asked another person to help, that person being Lei, the background designer. Maybe if Moonrise had stayed, this case could’ve been a little easier…
[Act 4]
This was it. Victoria’s plan was finally going to come to fruition. As Vincent got out his guitar, and plugged it up into the amp, he’d play a loud note. The volume of the note caused the room to shake, just a small bit, and when it did…
SNAP!
[Act 5]
With the remaining time she had left, she dragged the case backstage, and darted out the same door she used to access the stage during the very beginning of her plan.

*Let's take a look back at everything that occured*
ACT 1
Last night at 8 pm Xyax told me and the others to arrive at her lab asap, we all arrived there at 8 a few 5 mins later,
Xyax told us about an invention she made which was a threat detecter, she demonstrated it by using me, she wanted me to stand still as she grabbed a knife, then...
...she ran at me, and hit my head with it, but, it was a fake knife,
After the demonstration our monotablet made a short beeping sound, Xyax told us that was for any threat that was gonna harm one of us, but it only goes off on physical harm
Once we all saw xyax's creation we all left as we had to return to our dorms
However, one of us knowing that Xyax would have the ability and was able to tell us who is being attacked knew this would be a problem in their plan, so around 1 in the morning the killer snunk into Xyax's lab and stole her Monotablet,
ACT 2
This morning when everyone gathered in the cafeteria, We noticed nano wasn't acting like herself, a few of us volunteered to help her, that was Xyax, Misla, Nomoa and the killer
Once Nano was taken back to her room One person wanted to stay with her to make sure she was alright but, this was just part one of their murder, the killer soon left Nano's room and went to head towards the level 4 area, the Military outpost, military lab and the reactor room,
once the killer used their Monotablet to gain access they went to the Military lab and started their first part of their murder, they Created a posion known as X-7 which.. can only kill a person if the posion is in food or in liquid, when the killer finished making the posion they heard someone was coming so they quickly grabbed their posion and ran into the storage room in the lab, the killer forgot that Nima was doing an experiment, the killer thought they'd be stuck in there but Nima left to meet up with Misla,
Once the opening was clear the killer then ran out of the military lab but there was an issue.. they saw me starting to walk towards the Military Outpost, the killer which had Xyax's Monotablet used it to open a hidden passage so they could escape from there,
ACT 3
With the killer having the posion they messaged Nano on Xyax's monotablet to meet her in her lab as she knows how to make her feel better, nano didn't think anything of it.. she didn't even know she was stepping into the killers trap..
Nano arrived at Xyax's lab at 9:32, she saw nobody was in the room, but she saw a note with some food which was posioned by the killer..
Nano took a bite out of the food but...
...The posion didn't work, the killer's perfect plan was already ruined or, so they thought..
The killer took out their own weapon, the Pistol we found on the ground in Nano's right hand, they wanted us to think she killed herself but this wasn't true.. with some evidence we got from X3-K7 he was able to help us detect it wasn't a bullet shot that killed her, it was the posion, the bullet and the killer grabbing a hard object to knock her down, which.. is why one of the drones Xyax had was damaged, the killer wanted us to believe that Xyax, misla and Nomoa one of them committed this crime, as they placed down a very specific item that only those 3 like, the Golden rose
Act 4
After the killer had finished their crime they noticed that the hallways to the dorms leading towards the gym, the cafeteria, and Xyax's lab, had cameras so, the killer used Xyax's Monotablet to turn off the camera and delete the footage, they thought that they were able to get finished with the murder now that everything was in place but, they forgot that the Camera footage is stored in the security office that only the student concil could access, and one of the cameras only had footage of them, the one in the military lab hall
With everything setup and done the killer soon joined us at the Mono statue as Monokuma had to tell us all something, the killer wasn't the last one to arrive tho it was also Xyax, Misla and Nomoa.. the very ones that also helped Nano, once Monokuma was done giving his speech Xyax asked if we could all go to her lab as she wants to show us the lastest drone she created and which most of us agreed, some of us decided to check around
so, with half of us following Xyax and the other half not coming, xyax took us to her lab but.. we didn't expect to see nano on the ground.. the killer acted like they were in shock also but deep down.. they were proud their plan worked and now everyone thinks that Xyax was the killer, however the killer also made a mistake.. the gun in nano's hand was the only pistol that had a laser sight and a golden color tint on it.. it was the killer's own weapon they always carry with them,
This was the murder you commited isn't that right, Talon MIlan Talosa, the Ultimate Soldier!
