    Thank you so much for you thoughts on every topic you spoke about🙏🏽 this video was truly a eye opener & i was able to learn and feed my brain with this knowledge!! Specially the bliss part, it’s crazy that in this world they REIMAGE a lot of powerful words and meanings to images that the human being eventually chasing after. Which is why being in the present is important , you mention a part about existing. When we are making these practices we are eliminating the thinking process in our minds so we can be present so we can be existing instead of trying to make our person exist. Because we already do!!
    You made perfect sense in this video and I love it, new subscriber👋🏽❤️.

    Wow great video. This is so cool and takes the pressure off when I don’t have time to do my “meditation” which I used to equate with sitting down ext.

    This is amazing and so helpful for busy people, like myself. Actually being fully present while doing laundry and dishes is so much more effective for me than sitting down and closing m eyes fr 10 mins because i just feel guilty about it instead of it helping me. THANK YOU FOR THIS

    I like to use dish washing and folding laundry as meditations. The task is all right there in front of me, my eyes can see it and my hands know what to do; my mind is free to simply be.

    An excellent video - you very lucidly describe what is an almost ineffable (or do I mean inexpressible) process. The focus on being present without an agenda is so difficult to get one's mind around and I think you do a really good job of it.

    Thank you for explaining what no thought activity looks and feels like. I have found that if I just touch the tip no my tongue to the roof of my mouth and rest it there the thoughts slow down.

    Yeah I was doing that and it got me nowhere and nothing. Older and wiser but broken and healing. The in between exists.

    Do you "think" thinking is hallucinating? A waking dream? A bad container for Reiki Energy?

      I think thoughts are just another form of energy - good in certain times, unnecessarily stressful at other times! Reiki is universal life force so it doesn't matter if you are daydreaming , thinking, or present for Reiki to flow, However for us as humans, its always better to be present :-)

      @@garyhaden9132 hahaha! thoughts do seem to multiply, so who knows, but they also fade - the more you focus on them, the more they play up, like children!
