Also known as Vange Wharf Level Crossing.
This crossing is located just south of Vange, at the entrance to 'Kirkbeck industrial (business) estate, right beside the busy 70mph A13 dual-carriageway. Much of the noise in the video is by passing vehicles on this road. At this crossing, one of barriers has been destroyed here before now by a HGV. The industrial estate have made their own level crossing warning signs as a result. The barriers are Smiths Industries Hydraulics Company which seem like they need a replacement sooner or later.

Noice! I've filmed here too and there's just something about this level crossing which I really like, possibly the unique set-up just off of the busy 70mph A13 dual carriageway (even my dad recognised this one after not coming to it for 10 years when I was here last September), or it could be the fast alarms here which, unlike Gardeners, can just about be heard over the roaring of the constant stream of traffic heading to and from Southend (well of course, there's the A127 also but the A13's busy enough). Perhaps it's just the unique set-up on the edge of the industrial estate or so-called "wharf" with the public footpaths which make this level crossing seem, in some way, reserved, which I like for whatever reason as it doesn't compromise how one's allowed to visit it. Anyways a brilliant video of the only level crossing on the so-called "Tilbury Loop" which I'd visit any day! 👍👍😀
