    Ingredients:
    For the Belgian White Truffle Cream:
    2 egg yolks
    200gr of milk cream (whipping cream or whipping cream)
    250ml liquid milk (250gr)(1 cup)
    395gr condensed milk (1 can)
    120gr white chocolate
    30gr cornstarch (1/4 cup)
    Vanilla essence to taste
    Belgian Cream Truffled Semi Bitter Chocolate:
    2 egg yolks
    200gr of milk cream (whipping cream or whipping cream)
    250 ml liquid milk (250gr)(1 cup)
    395gr condensed milk (1 can)
    100gr semi bitter chocolate
    30gr cornstarch (1/4 cup)
    Vanilla essence to taste
    Genoese chocolate cake:
    6 eggs
    180gr of common white sugar
    140gr of all-purpose wheat flour (000 or 0000)
    40gr bitter cocoa without sugar
    Vanilla essence to taste
    Salt to taste
    Chocolate syrup:
    3/4 tz of water
    1/2 tz sugar
    1 cup powdered milk
    1 heaping tbsp of bitter cocoa (15gr)
