Cronulla is decent location but not for 50mil you are better off going to premier locations like Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Point Piper, Darling Point if u had 50mil to spend on a house
It's a decent location for normal people, but for a Gordon Gekko style business person who needs a chauffeur to get to the city it's a long drive to work

What does one do with 19 bathrooms? Even if you’re entertaining 24/7, surely that’s excessive.
Should have build an extra 11 or 12. Have a new bathroom for each day of the month lol
