Excellent presentation. Your manner and presence is warm and engaging, not rushed. You seem to be relaxed and genuinely care about the music, the Instrument, and the persons who desire to learn. I have been in music production; (not merely my humble playing), at a high level, and knew well known orchestral composers and conductors as well as well known studio players, and a star here and there.. I think you are of a quality that will lead you to great and greater levels of artistry and accomplishment. Wishing you well in all ways and all things.

Awesome video! I've experimented with different film before and have used PET-film (which is used on a flute modification called the Matusiflute) as a substitute. There's also an orchestra flute player in Western Australia that has a flute with plastic cling wrap loosely wrapped around the instrument!

Thank god you made a video about this. I did the same thing as well with different tapes and plastic bags 😂. Tapes are ok but it really does sounds so ordinary since it's stretched out..?
Dimo membrane is always the best, the wrinkles are ✨ though and thank you for the dimo brand recommendation cause I didn't realize it had differences in terms of quality. I've used up almost all of my dimo and online shopping is not convinient for me atm T_T

    • @djimmish

There are certain blocks that you dip in water that work as natural glue, you then rub it around the hole and then the dimo can stick to it
