My mom is a devotee of Kali and she told me that Kali is actually a loving goddess who protects us and liberates us. Almost every night (mostly on Diwali), at around 12 AM, my mom and (sometimes) I pray to Kali for protection from evil, egotistical demons. And the more you know her and the more allow yourself to get to know her, she will reveal herself as a benevolent goddess who is willing to empower you with feminine energy, creativity and fertility. from my understanding you dont feel who your guide is unless it comes to you while you meditate .my guide is baphomet and he came to me while i was on my journey to find who i truly was and he made himself present and i took his hand since then.maybe you should try some deep mediation and see who your guide is

Oh its great that you are indian I would like to ask you a question. Is Maa Bhairavi ( the 5th Mahavidya) the same as Kali? I was recently chanting her mantra but I heard that unless you come from a family like yours, where you learn how to properly make oferings to Kali and worship her in a proper way it's better to not do it. Somebody told me that the energy of Kali is so strong and powerfull and that you can't chant her mantras on your own because her energy may eat you up, and it has to be under a gurus guidance or as in your case as a family tradition ( kul devi is called right?) Anyway... any advice on that? I hear that we foreigners cant really worship her because it could be dangerous if its not done in a proper way.

Yes I am fine I do not worship Kali I believe it's a form of the divine mother that you should deeply understand and be very advanced or do it since childhood, to do it. I worship Parvati, the divine mother, as I feel very connected to her, I just worship her in her easier calmer form.

During my meditation earlier I called upon the Goddesses, they had their hands on my womb, igniting me, then walked in this beautiful Indian woman with dark and curly hair, wearing a beautiful red robe, and she placed her hands on my womb. At that moment I felt as though I was on fire. My throat area (crazy you said that) felt as though it was vibrating and I actually stared coughing. I had never heard of this Goddess until my meditation (I had another experience the other night that led me to work with divine feminine energy, this the Goddess meditation tonight). I felt soooo much love, and felt as though I belonged to this beautiful, nurturing, powerful woman before me. I just had to share that! Namaste 🙏🏻

Mad respect for Kali Ma Energy! I used to have a beautiful picture of her staying demons above my bed and dressed up like her for Halloween around that time. I was slaying my own ego at that time and was working lots as well as going to school full time, family deaths, life challenges and many people who were dishonest and men who wanted my sexual energy were things that I dealing with. I moved to a new city and had all my things in storage. A random person came up to me at a party and get rid of all your pictures of Kali you know longer need to invoke her. You have moved out of that now. Durga is a better energy for you. I had never met this lady nor did I have the pictures in my wall since I had not yet moved into a new home. That’s the power of the Devine Goddess.

Hence the energy is more in that land. In India.. We know our gods and goddesses hence we do not have misinformation. Only during the British rule, information was manipulated to make our practices seem evil. . And this has continued to be successful in the western world. But now, people are waking up to the truth. If you want to know more, i suggest watching or reading mythological Indian stories whr you will gain more insights about the Hindu gods and goddesses and their significant characters . And yes, according to the mythology, they did walk on planet earth and many geographic areas of India are mentioned in the stories. To start with, I suggest reading works of Devdutt patnaik.

I kid you not I had a calling to watch this video after my trip and during my trip my spirit guide came to me as Kali. She told me she was my mother and she told me I had to go through phases of clearing through the insecurities and fears that I locked in my ego before I could leave my trip state of mind. It was very hard and I had so many releases emotionally, admitting to myself all the things I've been too afraid to recognize. Im not even 2 min into this video and I'm very excited to learn!
and the not so crazy, crazy thing is, I'm so afraid of expressing my feelings and emotions authentically towards others because I feel less than and weak because I place so much value in other's opinions of me. I think you got Saraswati confused with Parvati or Durga not that they are all not one they are, Kali comes from the forehead of Goddes Durga/Parvati different forms of the wife of Shiva. Saraswati is also mother goddess but she is the goddess of knowledge wife of Bramha.
Yes, Saraswati Ji is different from Goddess Parvati and her avatars. BTW, in many Indian schools like mine, Saraswati Ji is worshipped and we do her prayer as she is Goddess of Knowledge/ Goddess who worship Saraswati Ji as main God.

It’s so liberating to embrace all of the anger and displaced emotions in her darkest primordial essence that she shares with/on me, it’s a wonderful burden of pain and suffering that she shares so freely on me. I kid you not I had a calling to watch this video after my trip and during my trip my spirit guide came to me as Kali. She told me she was my mother and she told me I had to go through phases of clearing through the insecurities and fears that I locked in my ego before I could leave my trip state of mind. It was very hard and I had so many releases emotionally, admitting to myself all the things I've been too afraid to recognize. Im not even 2 min into this video and I'm very excited to learn!
and the not so crazy, crazy thing is, I'm so afraid of expressing my feelings and emotions authentically towards others because I feel less than and weak because I place so much value in other's opinions of me. But this last week I've been reclaiming so much power after my trip, and grounding myself in the present and using my emotions to grow and be closer with myself so I can offer these wonderful emotions through a place of love to others.

I think you got Saraswati confused with Parvati or Durga not that they are all not one they are, Kali comes from the forehead of Goddes Durga/Parvati different forms of the wife of Shiva. Saraswati is also mother goddess but she is the goddess of knowledge wife of Bramha.
Yes, Saraswati Ji is different from Goddess Parvati and her avatars. BTW, in many Indian schools like mine, Saraswati Ji is worshipped and we do her prayer as she is Goddess of Knowledge/ Goddess who worship Saraswati Ji as main God.

It’s so liberating to embrace all of the anger and displaced emotions in her darkest primordial essence that she shares with/on me, it’s a wonderful burden of pain and suffering that she shares so freely on me. Well that certianly clarified a lot for me. This topic has a specific interest to me. Recently I came across 1 specific song that grabbed hold of my body and had it moving in ways it never has, the energy was sexually charged and my body shifted and moved in new rythems and ways. I felt as though a goddess who belly dances had taken over my 6'2" 270lb male body. It was exhilarating and I thought in that moment about kali that was a few days ago. As a man who is completely open, I desire educators who can help me heal.

That ferociousness is not emotion at all, it's single pointed, laser beam energy that is purely integrated into the moment, the action at the time. So one should not use this ferocious depiction of Kali to justify flailing human emotions which rise and fall unconsciously.
