Health Heroes | Erasmus+

Health Heroes was a Youth Exchange that took place from the 7th to the 16th of June 2024 in the beautiful town of Mezőkövesd, Hungary. Participants from Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic came together to explore the many aspects of health and well-being.
During these inspiring days, young minds learned about the different dimensions of health and the important connections between them. They tried exciting new sports, discovered various ways to relieve stress, and took their first steps towards a harmonious life.
Evenings were filled with vibrant intercultural nights, celebrating diversity and building lasting friendships. Health Heroes was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
