people seem to forget samsung phones haven’t changed for the past set 4-5 years as well
it looks the same, because it is just a very good phone and Apple want their good phone to be the same good as previous version :) so I think it is hard to do any major changes, because any major change can ruin a perfect design and there are a lot of risks. Many people just like what is looks now and they just don't want to change anything. People always tell that it is the same phone, but if we compare iphone 16 vs iphone 8 - we will find a lot of differences. So, it is the same, but still different.

Action button is cool, but being able to check if my phone is on silent just by feeling the switch even from my pocket is essential. If Apple could make it both a switch and a button, that would be incredible.
You can just press the action button and it’ll vibrate three or so times it’s on and if it vibrates once it’s off
It should just be as easy to check if your phone is on silent with the action button like the commenter above said but I wouldn’t be mad at all if they did what you suggest with a hybrid button as well. It’d be pretty cool actually
They refuse to add a fingerprint sensor but want to add a button dedicated to capturing when the volume buttons do the same thing!!!

@@xWonders_worldxit will have more functions, this is what apple is testing, if the capture button is received well they will replace the volume buttons next, this way it can have multiple functions instead of just tapping or holding, the less moving parts the better
Now that animation when pressing the buttons make sense. They are preparing us for the solid state haptic buttons 😁

I just got the iPhone 15 and I hate how the camera takes less megapixel pictures as low as 1MP when it’s set to 24MP so I was disappointed

I'm an android guy for the most part but honestly I'm impressed with how well Apple has shown their AI features. Im glad they are finally going to be rolling these features out and it'll be cool to see when it drops.
Also It makes sense how they rolled it out, cause alot of other AI systems have been somewhat controversial. So I think they made the right move with slowly moving out their nueral features.

They only change the camera lens position in the back again for everyone to buy new apple cases on launch date. The same with the pro line up being bigger for no reason to make everyone buy new cases 😂
Has touch ID been completely abandoned or are there still thoughts it would come on a later phone? It's the main thing that would get me to instant upgrade. Face ID sucks for when your phone is sitting on your desk.

Guys its not worth the upgrade if you have iPhone 13 pro or above since no actually design change for past 5 yrs or so and until applle gives us that highly expected full screen display without any pill cut outs like dynamic island then there's no proper reason to upgrade any time soon

Its same like this for last 5yrs !!!! if apple doesn't gives us the full screen display without any cutouts then no point in thinking of upgrading . I you look back in the past even the "s" yrs had some minor design changes or brand new quality of life feature unlike nowadays where its just a very minor changes year after yr .
I'm guessing the regulars will still stick with 60hz and that really is the deal breaker for me at 800+ usd
Better, the 16 will just be an incremental upgrade, the 17 will have a bigger jump, the odd number iphone releases are always a bigger jump than the even numbered releases

Is it worth to trade in my 14 Pro to 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max when they come out, or wait longer to upgrade? I have a regular 14 Pro from February 2023 with 88% battery health after a year and a half and don’t like the battery life and buggy experience (factory reset didn’t help)
I would say yes because the 14 pro is known with its “battery gate” where battery health degrades very fast, i just sold my 14 PM few days ago for the same reason, was losing 1% of battery health literally every month

Would you recommend getting the 16 Pro Max from a regular 14 Pro I have if so, if the new Titanium makes them lighter and 6.3 aqnd 6.9 are the new 16 pro series sizes? Thanks.
@@satxrnhimself I did upgrade to the 15PM since i need a phone right now, im happy with my choice since the 16PM leaks we have so far don’t seem too exciting, 15PM is way lighter than my previous 14PM, feels a tiny bit snappier, camera is definitely better and battery life is very good! Speakers in the other hands are night and day difference, best speakers ive ever had on a phone.
I would wait for the 16PM if you know you can afford it, if money will be an issue then save some bucks and go for the 15PM you won’t regret it.

So overall price with the 16 Pro Max for example with a trade in would be like 860$ instead of 780$ I think. (Prices are ridiculously high in my country for iPhones - the prices are like 1500-1600$ for only 256gb for the iPhone 15 pro max model

Haptic buttons will feel so much better if we take home button and MacBook trackpads as an example. But I believe they will have to add another Taptic Engine at the top of the device for it to feel “right". Also the capture button is gonna change the game with taking photos.

thats cool they are doing thevisual haptic feedback on the side buttons. ive used an app on android that does that for the past few years and it makes the phone feel so nice in a way you never expected.

@@goldfishPACIFIER As he said in the video, it's more of a long-term strategy. The vision PRO is the early version, but like with iphones, the pro models become the standard models the next year. After several years of iterations there will be older models for much cheaper that people will buy, especially if there are bundle deals.
@@joelface Users of a regular iPhone won't care about this feature. In order to benefit from it they must spend ≈3500$ more. Regular iPhone users are too broke for that.

@@vedanshchn I’m running the dev beta and my partner has been complaining about this too. She says it looks “too android” and messy. I kinda like it, it reminds me of the Lock Screen pin buttons and the phone app dial pad. In that way, it’s kind of thematic.
@@illhaveawtrplz Well, you can’t exit the control center by swiping up from anywhere like before so it’s bad functionality wise as well.
@@vedanshchn Yeah, I’ve been frustrated by that too. I have multiple years of habit built up and now instead of dismissing with an intuitive up-swipe, it swipes down to a new panel. On the flip side, it’s nice to do a long swipe and get straight to whatever page you want. That said, I think they should make the pages lateral instead of vertical. In this way, no matter which Control Panel page you’re on, dismissing with a swipe will still work.

Sounds like a nice idea, but it could (?) mess up wireless charging and is a battery drain. How often are you looking at the back of your phone? Although, if it would do a quick flicker when you get a notification or something, that would be really cool. Kind of like the Nothing phones.

I’m thinking that they maybe add Apple Pencil support on iPhone 16 series. Cuz at the WWDC24 they mentioned about handwriting calculations and MKBHD said that feature comes to iPhone’s aswell. Because of small screen (compared to an iPad) u can’t write things with ur finger. It would be like painting with mouse on a computer.

Yeah the press animation looks very cool but makes sense for a solid button future with haptics that you may be able to turn off. So giving some level of visual feedback as well.
Scree refresh rate in the regular models is going to be the determining feature for me this next upgrade!

What about the camera upgrades on the new 16Pro?
