I love the fact that you can manually go into Anti form... but they made that you can't revert manually. They were THIS close! c'mon guys.
its because he was in combat, you cannot revert from anti-form while in combat
@@shadowwarrior1003 I know. What I mean is if they made it so you can go into Anti Form on command, you should be able to exit it on command as well.

Id love a combo between alot of the features within this, some boss mods and randomiser would make randomiser so much more interesting than it already is.

@@nnickplays9713 nah you have to run a custom version of PCSX2, but the maker of the mod has it in the bin folder with the download link for the mod itself
The reason the game crashed was because you can NOT change keyblades while in any form, it seems whatever version you play it on just cannot handle the change and so because it's trying to load the data of 3 keyblades on screen, yes 3, two for the form, and 1 being what it's changing to/out keeping that data temporarily loaded and fails to read thar as possible going into the fail state, however all of what I said can be easily taken with a grain of salt as I'm no programmer, but every time you did the form only runs the game crashed whenever you changed keyblades while stuck in said form, which is where I based 90% of my reasoning from.
This isn't a thing with the unmodded game, you can totally change keyblades normally while in a Drive Form
Its definitely a memory thing however, every single major mod has this kind of issue and their creators talk about memory issues being the root of most KH crashes, presumably because the mods make Base Sora consume more memory due to moveset changes, and Base Sora isn't unloaded while in a Drive Form(this is why you never have a "load" period when reverting)
For the "Always in X Form" runs, the issue is likely party members, Donald and Goofy aren't vanished while in the form, and they take up memory as well, and all of that is still loaded while in menus
@@syrelian Pretty much on the money, yeah. As I understand it, the game is almost always near its memory limit, and was designed around this. Base Soras moveset in this is actually consuming less memory, due to some Dodge Slash & the basic ground finishers getting axed, but unfortunately keyblade swap crashing still isn't easy to prevent, you need about double the amount of memory that the keyblade takes up available to allow it to swap properly. It's technically a "vanilla" crash in the sense that if you somehow obtained two ultima weapons in an unmodded game, went into final form, and tried swapping the keyblade, the game would crash, because Ultima Weapon's special effects were only designed with the idea that a max of one of them would be able to be swapped. Regardless, I wish there was some way I could prevent these crashes, pretty much the only surefire way against losing save progress in the event of this kind of crash is using Denhonator's autosave Lua script or Re:Fixed.

How would u guys compare this mod to base critical mode in terms of difficulty and enjoyablity?
Im late as shit but i really loved what this mod changed, but the finisher was so over tuned for me that it was decimating EVERYTHING so i stopped at the old time micky part
To explain a little more it made everything trivial and it felt dull to me even on critical

why does this mod put antiform in your drive list.. it's a Punishment for abusing drive.. making it selectable and removing the punishment aspect isn't good.. but hey what else can you expect when people try to change perfection.. also you shouldn't be able to get two of the same keyblade.. it messes with the lore, which these mod creators clearly don't understand.., it's not that I'm against a Mod adding Quality of life improvements.. it's all the other stuff that mess up the game...
