"the galaxy won?! where?!" you do realize that all galaxies have a supermassive black hole on their centers and black holes will literally add your mass to theirs no matter what you are unless you are a bigger black hole
deqnq wait I'm wrong. The galaxy had more stars and more power then the bigger galaxy with fewer stars, for example, and the galaxies would like to fight. When they run into each other they start to destroy each other and take the mass. Therefore the smaller one has more mass then the big galaxy and it takes all of its mass. Basically, the bigger one may have had less planets/stars to help it,resulting in it being engulfed by the small galaxy.

for anyone confused like gray was, blackholes can and will eat anything that enters the point of no return, even if the object is larger, minus other black holes in which case they tend to merge, but since the point of no return is smaller than the disk of dust around a black hole, the universes still exist and orbit
Gray: I'm gonna make the Sun bigger than the Milky Way galaxy!
Sagittarius A: Oh boy! Free meal!
Yeah, how did our resident black hole actually do that? The 2.19 milky sun just vanished, shouldn't it have distorted and shrunk while being sucked in, instead of all going at once?

you do realize that all galaxies have a supermassive black hole on their centers and black holes will literally add your mass to theirs no matter what you are unless you are a bigger black hole
yeahhh
unless the smaller black hole has more gravity and more power and destroys the bigger black hole
@@evilkitty75kikig20 doubtful this will ever happen
deqnq i know but it can happen.
deqnq wait I'm wrong.
We don’t have volcanoes here in Australia because it’s too hot for them to exist, and even the tornadoes are dehydrated.
