This is all well and good, unless you are disabled, such as I am. I cannot exercise at all. Yeah, I hear you all laughing, "not at all?". That is correct. Although I am not in a wheelchair, or bedridden, I pray that I can even walk when I wake up. I can, however, walk about a block with a cane.The only problem with that is getting back. Plus, I can steer my car with one of my arms (Although that one is arthritic and needs surgery as well as my left one.). In the past year, I have had so many X-Rays, that I should light up in the dark. My Dr. has informed me that I am filled with arthritis from head to toe. So much for "playing hurt" when I was younger (Baseball, Basketball, Football). Speaking of "toes", I also have diabetic neuropathy of the feet and hands. I cut salt out of my diet in 1982, and I drink more water than the average bear. I don't expect any responses to this, I just wanted to put it in writing, because no one around me wants to hear it. I feel for you. Those who have never had arthritis have no idea how painful it can be and how debillitating. They are very lucky.
