I had a "friend" before that was always trying to lecture us every round we die but the reason to why that happens is because of the pressure, he keeps pressuring me and my teammates until we couldn't perform much better anymore, it makes us lose focus and just bring you back to the rank you don't deserve, If you have a friend that pressures you alot step up and confront him that pressuring people isn't the way to make them do good. You're the controller and you have spike so you should push, and it was like more I have to, when they had better mechanical skills than me, that was also the time I hit a wall in my skill because I was practically getting boosted because I couldn't play my best with them around.. Now I don't give someone a second chance to be in my friend's list
lol if your friend is not any better than you but they try to lecture you guys, odds are he's a cocky asshole who thinks that he deserves a better rank.

Very great video, helped me a lot more than most other videos I’ve seen.
the only reason i wanna leave iron and bronze are those toxic people, either my team or enemy team, there are sooo many toxic player in SEA Server, even tho it's on unrated game jeezz
This video was EXACTLY what we needed. A lot of these other tips channels start entirely on the wrong foot by saying things like, how to get out of lower ranks like Gold and Platinum. Then they proceed to give you bullshit tips like, "Play the game a lot" for Irons saying that they just need to play the game more. It's utterly idiotic how disconnected they are with the people who really need tips to get out of the hellhole that is bronze and iron.
Jotting down points for my future reference: 1. Cross Hair placement : Keep crosshaiir at potential head level. 2. Being more accurate : slow down and aim at the head, without caring about getting out aimed/killed. 3. No crouching at all, unless committing to a spray. 4. Learn counter strafing of all things, to effectively jiggle peak and shoulder peek and remaining mobile while being accurate. 5. Use all the abilities, like brim's stim beacon, raze satchel etc. and never use abilities in the open , eg: raze boom bot. 6. Don't blame your teammates for anything at all. I don't blame anyone on my mic, and always write nt whatsoever. 7. Don't be toxic. It's just a fucking game. 8. Don't group up. Learn splits, defaults and lurking. Add unpredictablity to the game. 9. Avoid baiting, and peek together, set up cross fires. 10. Don't be too aggressive, or too passive. Be patient. Wait for attacker to push you. 11. Always warm up/aim train before a match, be disciplined, and warm up before every game to wake yourself up, freshen up, and de-tilt between games. DON'T PLAY compi on off days. 12. Don't go with too complicated strategies.
@@rus4881 if you're solo qing it is fkin pointless to blame your teammates bro. you'll never see them again. you too may have made such an impulsive mistake sometime. it happens to everyone. even if they keep fkin every round up, unload the steam to yourself instead of talking about it and taking the team morale down.

hey, im glad someone actually talked about this, a ton of people like me have been stuck in bronze amd iron cuz of bad teamates and rank system , i would top frag and then loose so i get stuck. after 75 competetive wins i hit silver. some irom and bronze players r just hardstuck people who are actually good at the game
honestly if you get 30 kills while your team gets 5 should not be demotion, you're still doing insanely well, even though you can probably exploit that system to get higher than you really are, my example is mainly noted, he's still in diamond, just because of teammates. He carries every round he plays but still isn't even in immortal, if you top frag in a game by a good margin, it is a good thing, and I swear to god they are promoting pointless aggression by deaths counting as combat score more than assists, etc. I've gone 20-10 and some other dude went 18-22 and he got mvp, like bruv wut?

Been stuck in elo hell forever, I think the biggest issue with me is that I lack teamwork. It's hard to find a team with communication in general in the lower ranks when you're SoloQ and you end up getting destroyed by the enemy team because you just run all over the place without any proper plan

@@etrnlsae I'm around the same rank. Do you want to play together? It sounds like I could learn a lot from you if you've improved that much that quickly :D

I just got swore at in valo. Its very toxic but I really want to get better. There's always a toxic random stranger tho... I hope theres an option to surrender when teammate is toxic :)
bruh they're still teammates, I have to disagree, if they're toxic but still playing, it doesn't make a difference, teammates are teammates, and think the amount of abuse that could have been done with a system like that. Just surrender normally, the toxic ones will probably surrender..

@@nontrustynoob7037 yeah when i was younger people would disslike my voice quite a bit. Best way to handle it is to say hello at the start of the game with confidence, then you can see if they are nice or not (they will usually say hello back OR say something rude). If they are rude. Just mute them and play like you normally would. If they are nice, enjoy the game :)
My yesterday game was like my 4 teammates left the game and there 2 teammates left the game sor it was 1v3 and the most funny part was that my rank decrease after that match
If your crosshair is on your opponent's head during the first shot, it should connect. Most likely reason is you are running while you shoot, probably unconsciously. You can try using a dynamic crosshair for a bit to see. Alternatively, you could be missing even if you feel like you aren't. Either way, watching a recording of your gameplay should help! Best of luck!
I go from iron 1-3 constantly. I played a long time ago when it came out and stop for years. I think yoru was the last agent I saw come out before I stopped. Now I’m back, and I can’t even get to bronze like I could before lmaooo
Crouching is the most important point in this video. It can really backfire on you as you can crouch into an opponents crosshair more times than not, plus it can also mess up your spray if you are crouching after a strafe.
Hi, I just want to say thanks so much for these tips, most of these things I didn’t know I was doing wrong and was always frustrated about without even knowing what I was frustrated for. Your crosshair placement tip especially has let me get tonnes more kills!
Been stuck in iron 1 forever (I 4 stack with my friends), my whole pyramid of wins is full of iron 1 with 3 iron 2s. I feel like a lot of the issue is first off skill discrepancy, I feel like I’m actually iron 3 or bronze 1, my friend who’s bronze 3 should be somewhere in gold imo, one deserves iron 1, and one should be iron 2. It feels like we always get outmatched, and sometimes our teammates are underwhelming. Smurfs are an issue )especially when in a squad), but can’t do anything about that. It’s an issue when I am team MVP but we still lose since 3 of my teammates have under 5 kills Also, it feels like one game I totally pop off, then the next game I can’t control recoil and none of my shots hit
Since you said you always feel outmatched and you seem to have on and off-games, I do have a video on consistency and I think that might be able to help you. I'm also writing a new video on a strategy called "overload" designed to help with a situation exactly like this so look out for that if you'd like. Best of luck mate :D
If u want, I can add u and check out some of ur skills because I'm still learning but im plat 2, And im helping another one of my iron one friends with the same thing
I usually play with my Iron 2 friend in unranked and you have to be able to remind your teammates to use abilities, even if someone gets annoyed at you, keep doing it because those rounds happen to be the best and the most fun.
I'm in bronze 2 and it's actually insane how much little time you have in a gunfight. Like if this is the aim level in bronze 2 do they have aimbot in diamond???
1 and 3 are intrinsically connected. It's even mentioned in 3 about not crouching into low level players body aiming. Crosshair placement is SUPER important but I've seen so many players miss that easy headshot with amazing crosshair placement because a low level player immediately crouches every time and a second aim correction has to be made to hit the head... every time. to this I'd actually rank it mid way down in importance at iron or bronze but then stick it at #1 in silver and gold exit videos. Its definitely more important once everyone stops crouching every time they fire. Crosshair placement is the #1 suggested in almost every video but at such a low level when something counters it like the always crouching issue you can put less importance on it as it will do less for you in that rank. Ranking up is a process and working on different things more as you rank up is really the important part. crosshair placement at the lowest levels clearly isn't the true problem and other things will gain the players more at that rank. They can work on the crosshair placement after they've worked out of that bottom tier.
im not sure if this one will help anyone, but valorant was my first ever fps and i never realized that you aren't supposed to ads all the time until i saw clips of cs (where ak's dont have ads) and i went from iron 1 level to silver 1 level because it took me literal SECONDS less time to kill
This game not like league of legends. Example, your adc 0-8 and support 0-10 what can u do right. But in this game u just need good aim.(and it takes a lot of training) If your 1-2 teammates playing bad, you can carry them easliy than league of legends
My number one tip coming from a noob, who started 9 days ago, is just watch good players on twitch. I’ve picked up and cross hair placement, walking instead of crouching, and stoping, and not spamming shoot. Thanks for the vid.
None of my friends play video games. I have no one to play with. I never played strategic shooter before and all Valorant groups online only want good players to play with. So I need to learn on my own in iron :)
My rank is so low that I have 3 choices to rank up 1) Solo queue with retards that can’t do shit 2) Ask my friends to make smurf accounts with lower ranks and 3) Just not play comp so the game unranks me and I have another placement match
Once me and my friend were also playing a ranked match and we had a Reyna (gold) in our team who was being super toxic .... Like always abusing both of us if we like die early or were unable to defend a site ... After 6-7 rounds we decided to leave the match as we both are in iron 1 (won't effect our rank anyways) . and guess what , while we were playing, the score was like 5-4 and after me and my friend left the match they lost by 13-6 ...like only won 1 match after us . Therefore, these players should understand the worth of teammates.
THIS NUMBER 2 is what i have so much problems with, i tend to rush duels so much that i just immediately lose all my knowledge and whiff the hell out my gun
Let's be honest, even if you have bad teammates you will never improve if you blame your teammates for everything. Even if you top frag you should be vod reviewing your own games
If you play death match like you’re plYing comp your weird Death match is how I warmup my aim and just full sprint and get perfect counter strafes and perfect spray control Ez diamond
I got iron the first time i played and i thought i will never get out. I just played the game casually after with little to no intention to win, just playing the game. And just like that im silver. Not tryna flex because silver is still low, but if you wanna get out literally just play the fucking game. I didnt do reaearch on the game as well

Jotting down points for my future reference:
Most low level player always group up. They dont know how to lurk and its important to have lurker to win fight
Well i blame my teammate for a reason
Ex:
Sage let them peek and don't rush
*Sage proceed to die*
@@rus4881 if you're solo qing it is fkin pointless to blame your teammates bro. you'll never see them again. you too may have made such an impulsive mistake sometime. it happens to everyone. even if they keep fkin every round up, unload the steam to yourself instead of talking about it and taking the team morale down.

honestly if you get 30 kills while your team gets 5 should not be demotion, you're still doing insanely well, even though you can probably exploit that system to get higher than you really are, my example is mainly noted, he's still in diamond, just because of teammates.

Crouching is the most important point in this video. It can really backfire on you as you can crouch into an opponents crosshair more times than not, plus it can also mess up your spray if you are crouching after a strafe.
More people need to see this video. It is on point!

That's awesome! I know that feeling well and I'm glad the video could be helpful :D
It’s an issue when I am team MVP but we still lose since 3 of my teammates have under 5 kills
Also, it feels like one game I totally pop off, then the next game I can’t control recoil and none of my shots hit
Since you said you always feel outmatched and you seem to have on and off-games, I do have a video on consistency and I think that might be able to help you. I'm also writing a new video on a strategy called "overload" designed to help with a situation exactly like this so look out for that if you'd like. Best of luck mate :D

I usually play with my Iron 2 friend in unranked and you have to be able to remind your teammates to use abilities, even if someone gets annoyed at you, keep doing it because those rounds happen to be the best and the most fun.
"dont give them that much credit" *peeks and takes my time* got instalocked in the head by an iron 1
I'm in bronze 2 and it's actually insane how much little time you have in a gunfight. Like if this is the aim level in bronze 2 do they have aimbot in diamond???
this is an actually enjoyable guide to watch, most guides are really boring
They can work on the crosshair placement after they've worked out of that bottom tier.
im not sure if this one will help anyone, but valorant was my first ever fps and i never realized that you aren't supposed to ads all the time until i saw clips of cs (where ak's dont have ads) and i went from iron 1 level to silver 1 level because it took me literal SECONDS less time to kill
whenever I rank up to silver I play with gold 3 and platinum players that are so cracked and get 30kills in the first half
How? Iron - Dia 3 is easy , u dont even Need to sweat
Simpler answer: u can’t, there’s a shit ton of smurfs in bronze/iron
that's why you have to top frag every round
@Desired101 ye, but that's not the case in iron and bronze
@Desired101 cause kda matters a lot more in bronze and iron.
This game not like league of legends. Example, your adc 0-8 and support 0-10 what can u do right. But in this game u just need good aim.(and it takes a lot of training) If your 1-2 teammates playing bad, you can carry them easliy than league of legends
and try headshot, not spray
My number one tip coming from a noob, who started 9 days ago, is just watch good players on twitch. I’ve picked up and cross hair placement, walking instead of crouching, and stoping, and not spamming shoot. Thanks for the vid.
