You can boil 10 mins on high heat n then turn to low heat for 2hours. Use rock sugar
Can add pandan leaves too. Happy trying.

When you buy good don't use your hands, there is a tong to use , wonder if you wash your hands
Generally, there is a wash basin at the side. Dont underestimate Poh Poh's cleanliness knowledge.
