I’m a white guy with wavy hair that has extremely low low porosity. I never understood why my similar relatives and friends had soft hair fluffy bouncy without even trying, while I had a rat’s nest no matter what I did.
I’ve learned so so much from gals with ethnic hair and these kind of videos have helped me fall in love with my hair now that I know how to handle it. Tysm!

Curly hair is universal it's pretty common in Europe & in the Middle East. It's not ethic hair curls come in my forms depending on ethnicity 2ABC & 3ABC are common in Europeans,Middle Easterns,Latinos,Mixed race ppl etc.. And type 4AB & C are common African hair types.

I recommend the product line called “Nature’s Little Secret”. Their Rose Hydrating Deep Conditioner is so lightweight and it melts into your hair for great slip. Perfect for low porosity hair. I also recommend the Banana Leave-In Conditioner. I’ve been using both since summer of 2022 and so far so good! 🌸

I LOVEEEE the xtreme hair gel. I’m definitely trying to get into rotating shampoo and conditioner products but only after I finish the ones I currently have. Been loving Camille Rose line so far, and I heard Argan Oil shampoo and conditioner line is really moisturizing.

I tried the Giovanni 50/50 balancing conditioner because of your recommendation and I LOVE it. So far I’ve only used it for the purpose of detangling my hair prior to washing, but I’m really curious to see how it would work as a deep conditioner if I left it on for about 30 minutes with heat. It’s definitely a staple for me now!

Happy New Year. I love the 2 leave-in conditioners. I can get away with using both when extra moisture is needed when I skip using heat with my DC or applying Henna. Camille Rose line is a go-to, especially the Coconut H2O leave-in, Curl Maker, Aloe Whipped Butter Gel, Algae Renew DC, and Cocoa Nibs oil. I also like a few As I Am products: Double Butter, Curl Jelly, & JBCO H2O. Giovanni Direct-in is another fav. I make sure not to run out of Mielle's Low porosity Mongongo oil DC and a few other products from her massively growing collection. Be well.

Happy New Year! ❤ thank you so much for sharing your favourites! I think I included most of your products in my past favourites videos as well! I want to try more of the Camille Rose line, I think I’ll try the Coconut H20 one first! I’ve never tried henna on my hair before, I always read that Henna doesn’t work that well with low porosity and/or protein sensitive hair. I’m glad it’s working for you and I’m thinking of taking a further look into now since my hair is much softer now! Let me know how many times you use it in your regimen and any tips with henna would be appreciated 💕 May 2023 bring you and your loved ones peace, prosperity and perfect health 🙏🏾

I 💯 agree with the Camille Rose JAI. I’ve been using it for years and it has never failed me. Some of my favorites:
Shampoo: Camille Rose Ginger Shampoo or Kinky Kurly Come Clean Shampoo (clarifying)
Deep conditioner: Curl Origin More Moisture Please (moisture)
Bekura Beauty Vanilla Whiskey (moisture/protein balance)
Komaza Care Protein Treatment (hard protein) or the Shescentit Okra conditioner (medium protein)
    Leave-in: Oyin Hair Dew
    Butter: Camille Rose JAI
Oil: Camille Rose Cocoa Nibs Serum
Gel for twist outs: Mane Choice Curly Braidout glaze

I learned recently that extra protein in low porosity hair can cause breakage. Hair is about 90% protein and absorbed moisture so when it already has difficulty getting moisturized, protein / protein treatments can cause additional damage. On behalf of Dr. Berg followed by google 😂

Has anyone tried the HydraVoice CURL former gel? I was hesitant to purchase it from this natural hair convention bc it was like $25 but OMG its a miracle product for my low porosity, lower density 3B-3C curls. For me, during 2022, only DIY :
    - Ayurvedic powders (fenugrec, moringa, brahmi...)
    - Infused water like cloves water, green tea, bay leaves...
    - Greek yogurt
    - Honey
    - Pure African black soap
    - Pure butters (cocoa, almond, mango...)
    - Aloe vera plant
    - Flaxseed gel (home made)
    ETC...
And I really note the difference : healthy scalp & hair, growth & volume, brightness, curls defined...
