A lot of really good information and insights packed into an 11 minute video.
One note on Target Painter Traps: they disappear if you die, and you have to replace the trap.

Great video! Related to picking off players who are off tag, also look for the tail whenever the enemy stack pushes. Most commanders do not bother to look at their tail and most players in the enemy stack don't bother peeling for their own stragglers.
In my experience, most groups tend to underestimate the damage of random pugs. Such groups love to sit in damage they think that they can out-heal but can't. To this end, lone cata/weavers can have an oversized impact with their meteor showers, plus are nearly untouchable in downstate/lightning flash. The vast majority of commanders will let you freecast on them. If you see a clump of enemy downs(>=5), it might be a good idea to push because it means the enemy stack is already cracking under pressure (not enough heals) and only needs a little more to wipe it.

Just a curiosity, what is your PC specs and which setting you are using to achieve such smooth FPS when you are zerging like that?

Set absolutely everything to lowest except render distance and enemy models. If you want the game to look at least somewhat decent, standard enemy and allied models help a lot (at the cost of not being able to see anybody's fashions anymore).
