I don't know. I'm also surprised when people write on their cars "Sale" instead of Russian "Продается". But on the other hand we Russians don't like learn languages. Commonly we think "let foreigners learn Russian, why do we have to laern English?". Haha

Not always, but most of them are trying to be polite. On the other hand there are a lot of morons especialy in big expensive cars.

I disagree. I believe that Russians pretty like learn languages. As for me I speak English and French, besides, I speak my mother language. :)
