Your guide is a GODSEND. I was getting hopeless with this stupid minigame with Aerith (the very last I had to clear in the game). Really took some luck for the 3rd one but I managed to clear the 4th one on my first try. I instantly knew your guide will be different from all the others online when I noticed you didn't even bother using her luminous/shadow wards haha. Great job!
Thank you I really appreciate that. I have no idea what everyone else says to do. I noticed that Aerith can't use her wards though which was frustrating, I did not see a use for her shield move, it was just really annoying that Aerith was so heavily restricted.
Nah, I figured it out. I was stuck on this for so long I forgot where I was at. I was actually in the other Yuffie Cactuar Crush hard mode mini game. Wrong location, haha. But, your video definitely helped once I fixed that mistake.

I went away and got other materia etc. I was missing before coming back to it so will possibly be in a better position this time 🤞 but if you want to do one I'm not gonna say no 😁
Got Yuffie hard mode done "first try". As it was the protorelic run but I failed the first time by getting >2000 but the second time I had 30sec left on the clock and it was like "you reached rank 3, we can stop here". But your advice definitely assisted in it.
I finally completed Aerith's hard mode for this last night, which was pretty much 4 hours of me cursing out of frustration, lol. I personally found the 4th one tougher, and kept finishing with a score of 5700-5800 before running out of time 😣 When I finally reached 6040, I just ran away from the last cactuar to avoid getting hit! Hubby finished one of Yuffie's hard mode, so one more left to go!
Maybe Kid G will show up at my house one night like Santa and do this hard mode trial for me. While Kid G is at it he can do the Costa Del Sol pirate ship hard mode mini game. I can not even get half the score required for Cactaur or pirate ship. Chadley’s hard mode trials were easier than these.
I need help 😅 I have all of yuffies weapons, but when I go into battle, it doesn't give me a doppelganger or windstorm option. How do I get those to be available to use?
The best attempt for Yuffie Part 2 was 5860, I think. Actually killed them all but got hit way too many times. Was trying to knock out both of Yuffie first since hers was supposedly easier than Aerith. I think my biggest struggle really is just trying to remember if Im on attack or magic when I do my wind attack. If I can burst down the little guys quicker, Im sure I can get it done. I might also try a weapon swap to what you were using. I figured a balance would be better, but I'm starting to question it.
Yeah I was honestly shocked when I realized you could lose from getting hit too much. Combine that with all those bombs and YUCK. It took me a few hours to get the first win

How are you starting out with a 500 cactuar? Mine only spawns two greens and two orange worth 100 each.
Perhaps you're doing the normal ones to get the protorelic?

you need to learn the abilities. Each weapon has conditions that must be fulfilled to use the weapons ability on another weapon.

Took a break yesterday, couldnt even get to 5k. Tonight, finally, 6020....last enemy to kill as well, 4 sec left.....
