Last night I recorded Barrett's legendary challenge and that will release Monday. I want to finish up these battles then I'll look at things like piano I just barely A-Ranked the cait sith song and it took an entire weekend. I am going to make a video on that. I'm too dyslexic to S rank that lol
@@Gatabud I gotcha. The piano songs and Glide de Chocobo will be the two mini-games that I’ll be stuck on for an eternity. I appreciate the vid for the latter as I will definitely be referring to that once I am ready to grind. Also, I went the opposite route for the Chadley challenges. I did all the Legendary Bouts first. Rulers of the Outer World was the toughest test for me mainly because I avoided the Brumal Form method as I wanted to learn the boss mechanics.
Me too. I usually have no idea what other people are doing strategy wise but I kept seeing brumal form all over the Facebook groups so I will eventually explore that strat but it's not high priority for me as I generally don't get excited to make videos about things people already do videos on
@@Gatabud I hear you. Only reason I became aware of that strat was because I was on the struggle bus with “Outer Worlds” so eventually, the UA-cam Gods intervened and began spamming “Brumal Form / Infinite ATB” vids all over my timeline. Heh.
What's good about the odin fight is the fact that he will disappear even if you have a terrible start and get Zantetsukened, so just prioritize reraise early and then once he is gone focus on alexander and getting right. Once he returns and you're full powered make sure alex is gone fast
I was super picky with my materia slots and dispel didn't make the cut, but I think there's certainly an argument to include it. It does work AFAIK, but what I noticed in the fight is once I had everything under control then he wasn't doing his self buffs anymore. To avoid getting killed instantly, your first act needs to be a magnify manawall without infinite MP active. Needs to stay up pretty much all fight. Keep me posted on everything, you can do this!!
I certainly can, I didn't like what I had when I did the recording and the mini game videos were in such high demand that I just kinda forgot to finish that. I do still have a save of when I was entering the region. I'll consider this after I finish up with the legendary challenges!
I swear Gilgamesh for me just spams scrappy swordplay and nukes all my party members before I can even get ANYTHING set up. Not the strategy at fault, Gilgamesh is just being a total tool LOL. Really blows I spend 15 minutes every time just to get blown the fuck back 😂
I just beat Gilgamesh for the first time and barely. I thought I was getting good. I was sorely mistaken lol. Good video.

So now I can get past the bahamut fight with no problem but the Odin fight is insane
