So much beautiful yarn you have featured! I love Caroline and Knut’s nutiden. I don’t know if you remember this, but when I test knitted your Brune shawl design, I used yarn that I had spun from fiber from them. ❤️ There fiber and yarn are so unique and special. I have a lot of nutiden sitting on my shelf, waiting for that “perfect” project.

I'm a new subscriber, I was you first on IG and i just fell in love with the Honer och Eir yarn. I bough a sweater's worth 2 days ago and i can't wait to receive it. I read on someone's project page that the yarn is easier to work with when you center pull, something to do with the way the yarn twists when you do... I'll be testing that out. Thank you for a relaxing time!

I agree with you about magic loop, I loathe it! I do love my double points though. One thing on my fall list is to finish knitting, or re-start, a sweater that I started last year for Rhinebeck in upstate New York. I didn't finish it, frogged it & now want to start a different sweater with the same yarn. I'm procrastinating... :-(

So happy to see you airing your concern for our forests and following up with support from the sale of your beautiful sock pattern. I had already marked it as something I loved; but probably wouldn't have purchased it as I've only managed to knit two pairs of socks. But now that I know that 20% of its profits will help support the efforts to save our rainforests I feel passionate about buying it and knitting the socks. Yes it's a small thing but if we all express our concerns the way you have something good may come of it - I believe Norway is leading the way with not destroying any more trees and I wish our government would follow.
Love the into the woods socks and that you will be contributing part of the profits to the rainforest alliance! Also my daughter's name is Flora so I must knit all 3 garments 💕

I love making lists of goals for each season too, even though things do not always go as planned.
I need to make apple sauce this year.
I want to bake more bread at home, especially during the winter having the oven on helps keep the house warm.
I want to make a full length sleeve sweater for myself. I made some short sleeve Tshirt type sweaters but don't have a real pullover.
I want to make more socks this winter.
I have all my donation knitting planned out for the winter with a big help from an Indy yarn dyer here in the States.
