New passive needs a major buff. You need to be able to transform and fight the raider while in a vehicle, otherwise it trash.

btw once you refine that build you should dub it "Ball Grabber" :y If you got a lotta survivors at Level 2, bumping everyone up to 3 might be the way to go since Level 4s are nerfed
