it's funny how the "perfect example" for how fun this game can be is an example everybody fighting Cell. So that leaves this game in a weird place. Why play this game, if the funnest parts are the fighting? I could just play xenoverse 2 for that. IDK. I was hoping the game would be fun, but I just don't see it. Just adding, I don't want another fighting game either. I'd rather have a beat em up/rpg like bayonetta or devil may cry with actual combos and the like. I'd also like a game that follows the original dragon ball series instead of Z, but that's just me.

I literally never heard of this game save for vaguely recognizing the title before this, but I really love the concept! It's essentially Dead by Daylight by way of Dragon Ball and that's such a novel concept! I love it!

Fellas, Cell can only really be hurt by a transformation equal to his level. Level 1(larva cell) can get cooked by piccolo, level 2(first form) by vegeta etc. Thats why you couldnt do much against him.

I think the strat with the dragon balls is to hide them In a location. After watching the streams and now this video, the humans get bodied too much and cell just ends up with the dragon balls. Best location to hide would be area Z since cell can't destroy area Z until late game. Once you have all 7 then you try to deposit it.
Thats a smart idea until you realize cell can get a dragon radar :/

He should mainly be sucking npcs, looking for people to kill, stopping them from inserting keys, camping dead bodies, destroying areas. Cell can do alot and I dont think dragon balls is the first thing on his mind since he's already able to body everyone.
I had a match where we did that and it came in clutch as only 2 of us were left and i got the summon while cell was chasing the other player and came in with a Rare Win with Level 4 Vegeta

If you're wondering how fighting larva cell could go.
Well i had a round where everyone was shooting larva cell with the guns and once he got to half hp i had level 2 Dragon change and just cookied the rest of his HP away from him.
Match was like 3 mins long.
So destroying the Raider is a Win Condition?

I hope the different raiders get some passives or smt. Like cell absorbs people, kidbuu can destroy two areas or smt, frieza can ask locals for information, if z bully gets put in the game he can walk around to scare survivors and you can hear the survivors whimpering or smt
and maybe if they ever decide to add that, frieza turns golden after like 4 kills
I though it be first form,second,third,final for Frieza but i quess golden can work

Really gives a new perspective to the villains as I treated Cell as a low tier villain nowadays but this game makes me fear him more than ever.
Yamaha? I wish. It makes you think what it's like to be a basic ass human who has no clue about anything, and dies every few years but forgets it. Dragonball earth is basically purgatory. How many times did Goku just wander into a city with highly armed bank robbers or Dinosaurs roaming the forest? The entire planet is ruled by an unelected dog king who is a puppet of an alien slug.

The idea of Oolong Instant Transmissioning into the stage then immediately using Kaioken and Exploding and Yamcha Posing being real is amazing
