I wish that you had land in Nevada Southern Nevada to be more specific. Is it a possibility that you and your husband can start looking in the Vegas valley?
Land under 4 acres will require full permit to build and there are restrictions for camping on land. Ru4 is zoning for opt-out permits. Too many are moving to 1 acre plots with old rv and it looks ratty. County most likely wil crack down on this. County keeps adding more requirements and restrictions. Just a fews years ago I got 5 acts for just over 5k
Do you know if the land is zoned RCU-2a if you’re still able to build a home if the lot is only 1 acre? Because from my understanding RCU-2a is for 2 acre minimum lots.

I agree would love to have some Nevada listings for land. Anywhere outside Vegas and even some in North Eastern Nevada would be wonderful~
