This is amazing, a free tutorial on this special style of construction, and people are complaining....WOW. Thank you for this I found it very easy to follow.
I was a bit intimidated at first, but the tutorial turned out to be really helpful and detailed. It filmed the whole process, and I could slow down in parts to get a better look at how to work the yarns. I'm so excited to share that I successfully made a two-tone version of the no-sew sweater tee with a duplicate stitch design added at the front! It was so much fun, and I'm really happy with how it turned out 😊
I was able to follow this tutorial with no problems! It took me a second to understand, but this tutorial is really good! It conveys a whole method of knitting top-down that can be expanded to any size. I had a great ribbed collar I had made for a different project that never happened, and this tutorial was exactly what I needed to repurpose that collar.
I just finished this cute top today. Sometimes it's hard for beginner like me to follow But I tried to scroll video back and watch many times. 😅 and i succeeded It's beautiful and fits well. Thank you so much.
So glad I’ve found your channel. It’s nice to see some modern and trendy looking knitting patterns. Can’t wait to see how easy the patterns are to follow. They look like they’ll be good to follow.
Hey I made this shirt!! I used single-pointed needles (it’s definitely slower but it’s totally possible, I used a method from a video on knitting in the round on single-pointed needles because I’m too cheap to buy new equipment). I changed the proportions a little bit to have a looser, longer fit. I really love it! This method is ingenious and it was really fun, especially the top half which had all your fancy tricks in it! Thank you so much :) I’d love to show you what I made if there’s a way for me to send you photos!
I made it!!!! Can’t believe it worked, seemed so complicated when I first started. Thank you for making this method available to all, it’s a very smart way of shaping the shoulders and it fits perfectly! Using a different yarn, I made a size S using exactly the same number of stitches as you. I’ll try to make a sweater with the same technique once I understand how to modify evenly the number of stitches
Great tutorial and so cute! I would consider myself an upper-beginner and thought this would be a good project to transition into more intermediate projects. This top wasn't easy for me but I was able to finish it and it turned out great! Thanks for this tutorial!
I encourage you to try it again. I’m new to knitting (3yrs) Take your time I taught myself through UA-cam University as I like to call it. Every stitch you can think of there is a video for it. I found it confusing first but kept at it. I did use two circular needles until the length allowed one needle You can do it!
@audreyshotwell5859 - Me to, I have tried following this knitter (a cardigan in my case) and I just had to throw in the towel - her videos are so confusing and unclear
I love your videos. Easy to follow and best of all it’s NO SEW! It looks so clean! I hate having to sew pieces together after finally knitting up all the portions.
Ohhh, I love it so much! I really hate the popular top-down raglan sweaters with no shaping and square necklines. But this technique is amazing! Thank you, I will definitelly try it!
So beautiful! This channel is new and is the knitting channel i needed. Trendy pieces and so very well explained! Love your color choices, absolutely love everything, i know you'll have pleeeenty of subs very soon!
This is a beautiful pattern, I’m excited to start my question is: making a small instead of medium. How does the pattern change (co for both initial and place holder yarn) how do I decrease in size
Amazing😮😮😮😮🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍😍it’s not easy but I will try. It’s the famous saddle shoulder. It can be made differently. So many techniques. Thank you so so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My eyes are just caught on your channel ,superb knitting ideas ...I will knit one crop top for my 14 year daughter .... Thanku so much ❤️❤️❤️
I have a question. When you're talking about measuring from the cast on edge, are you talking about the edge of the collar? And if you are, both sides of my collar measure an inch difference. Is this going to pose as a problem later on in the pattern? Keep in mind that I've only started the sleeves.
@@duncanhamlin8638 I did actually. When she's talking about the cast on edge, she's talking about the scrap yarn cast on for the shoulders. And each side of the collar is suppose to measure different. But when you measure for the cast on edge, just measure from the top of the shoulder to wear you are. I'm actually using this pattern as a rough as to what I need. I'm actually using different measurements and numbers of stitches so I can make sure it's going to fit to my friend's size.
Loving it, loving it, loving it🔥❤️ Your designs are ingenious and I find the instructions super clear to follow. I needed to slow it down in a couple of places to see your stitches properly but it always worked out in the end. Thank you for this beautiful shirt design.
I don’t know if I design it. I just always wanted to do sleeves like this, but all patterns was knitted separate. I just tried to knit as i knit on video and here we go.
Looks wonderful!! I have a little question tho. My needle's rope is longer than yours. 60 or 80 cm i suppose. Do you think i can make rounds with that?
Hey Simge. Definitely you can. Just everytime you finish round pull needle with all extra “rope” (hope you understand it). Just at the beginning it will be a bit hard but later it will be ok. Good luck.
At 23:04, it say is to knit until the piece measures 12cm from cast on stitch - but which cast on is it please? And if from the neck, then is it meant to be 12cm for the front or for the back? Thanks
I had the same question but the answer is really all in the gauge, the needle size, and the execution. first I would highly suggest a tubular CO and BO just to take some of that tightness off. I was able to successfully convert this to a men’s size L simply my using chenille yarn and using .5mm bigger needles. it very much can be done and the body is no problem. The biggest problem is the sleeves so I would suggest adding stitches where you see fit. Also being extra generous with the length never hurt. Hope this helps!
Hiii, I really love your work and I want to ask If you would let me sell clothes with your designs in my country. I'm from Colombia and I'm currently starting a business of knitting and crochet. I really love your videos and they've helped me to learn a lot
Thanks Aura ! Before I start your beautiful top, I am reviewing the instructions. At about 8:00, the instruction says "Sl st, purl 22", but in your video, it looks like you purl to 20 and then pick up the yarn below and purl together with 21st stitch and knit the last stitch. Did I see it wrong?
it means wrap and turn - there are really good tutorials out there on how to do it (on the rightside and wrongside) and how to pick up the wrap when you're doing the next row

Hi, i want to make a small or xs size on this , how many stitches do i need ?
Can I use normal knitting needle?
Can this be done using tunisian crochet?
Is the yarn size 3 or 4? The description says size 3, DK but the yarn in the video looks like size 4. Appreciate your help!!
Hey. It definitely DK (size 3)
@@handmadebyaura64 thank you! I went ahead and used the size 3 and I’m glad that was right :)
Where can I find the written pattern? I would like to have the stitch numbers written down.
My notes :
Original cast on : 30
Cast on 8, +2 (twice) + w&t =13
At 15 stitches only add one stitch at a time.
