    When you're so strong you just have to touch the piano with your calluses and it starts playing by itself

    Have to share this story after watched this for the second time: There's a super clever strength coach guy on our local forum. He spots mistakes and corrects them when people send videos of their lifts and he gives great pointers to programming but he doesn't do full programming for anyone free. However those guys who have been on his team have gotten great results and are very happy.
    And that guy is just like Mike T. He says he hasn't used percentages in programming for ten years. It's all RPE.
    I think Mike T. is onto something very important with his approach. Seems to be working great, i think he doesn't have so much social media fame or big fortunes to propel the business as many other coaches and gyms but he can produce great results already with his athletes in competition.

    hey guys from juggernaut, when i hip thrust i almost instantly feel pain in my tailbone. also, the pain is noticable for days after hip thrusts. i dont know if it has happened to anyone else but it would be great if you made a video about that

    in regards to the personality types and different forms of training, i wonder how much of it is just coincidence rather than causality. i wonder if theres any data that outlines a good pool sample that shows if this questionnaires results are causation or coincidence.

    • @JuggernautTrainingSystems
      @JuggernautTrainingSystems  7 років тому +1

      Francisco Diaz this is really just a question of data pool size. Once the pool is big enough coincidence becomes at minimum correlation, if not causation.

    • @franciscodiaz3028
      @franciscodiaz3028 7 років тому

      Juggernaut Training Systems well then we would need to then look at what is causing the correlation. interesting thought provoking possible ongoing experiment.
