is there any educational video on how to make it easy to document conversations call logs in CRMs especially for people who are more focused on selling the product rather than documenting it.

Copyright, probably. CRM could equal a Salesforce product or one of several specific generic programs that they dont want to 'endorse' per se or would have to pay for the use of. All such programs do the same thing +/-,,
