If you're from India, you have to pay an application fees which is around 85 pounds for most masters level courses, for bachelor's i believe it would be through UCAS. You'd need a good grade and proof of English language proficiency as well which is usually an IELTS test (again, slightly expensive to book) The best thing to do is apply as early as possible in my opinion, at least for masters.
