Rl ia so easy to run u can get an 700 pc and still get 360 fps

1. Input buffer is for controller to pc it does not affect internet
2. Dynamic shadows helps determine player positions easier so i recommend turning that on
3. Higher render quality DOES NOT IMPROVE PERFORMANCE it DECREASES IT, its literally in the name. It uses higher quality models if im right
4. Enabling vsync prevents screen tear by syncing the rendered fps with the refresh rate of your monitor, but you have it disabled. (ua-cam.com/video/rg_0D96ZGSY/v-deo.html)
5. Changing priority is something I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It gives rocket league higher priority than other processes, meaning more cpu time. Above normal is where you should stop, and I still would say youre still good without changing it.

I have a laptop, i7 740qm, radeon hd5870 1gb, ram 6 not dual channel, is it possible to improve it? I can replace the 2 GB RAM die with 4, so that they are the same, and there is a dual channel, but will this significantly change the picture? fps 40-60 are not smooth
