So what if your apartment is in between the stops? Do you walk really far? That seems tiring to be done daily.
If your apartment is between stops you could walk for a maximum of around 500 meters before you can encounter a station, busstop or a tramstop. That does not mean that it is the line you wanted.

the voice says: Halte station Lombardijen. Uitstappen voor Maasstad ziekenhuis. U kunt hier overstappen op trein, tram en bus. Vergeet niet uit te checken met uw ov-chipkaart.
The translation is: Stop Lombardijen station. Get off for Maasstad Hospital. U can change here for train, tram and bus. Don't forget to checkout with your ticket.
