This story Mark told is mostly bullshit. Ron/Faarooq was never out for 9 months, and it was Ron who hurt Ahmed's kidney and put Ahmed out for months. This was Ron's WWF debut, so this whole revenge story is bullshit. I have no doubt Ahmed was difficult to work with since he was almost universally disliked by his peers, but Henry is straight up reversing roles here.

I am sure Mark can pick and choose his own battles, and I am sure he is not going to be steamrolled by too many guys. @@chill0314You can um um um all day but he wasn't. Austin is the biggest star of all-time. Most normal people have never heard of Ahmed Johnson. List his PPV sales as a main event. Let's see how over he was.....He Wasn't.

Very few black men have had a push directly from Vince like Ahmed Johnson. As I kid I loved watching him destroy the roster, but now that I'm older I see what a mess he was both in and outside of the ring.

Even Vince McMahon said that Ahmed Johnson had hurt a lot of people, face it, he couldn't wrestle, maybe he should have gotten into MMA fighting instead.

Jim Ross who was the head of talent relations at the time also mentioned what a nightmare Ahmed was to do business with. He said he could not think of anyone who was unhappy when Ahmed Johnson last because they didn't want to work with him anyhow.

The Rock said Austin is one of the nicest guys you could meet in his book. Also i saw Austin get punked. It was actually pretty cool because he was sticking up for a Black guy. Hell im black and Austin was definitely one of my childhood heroes. Ahmed is bugged tf out 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yeah because their both retired and are legends but I heard him and rock didnt get along or talked to each other backstage during 98-99 because it was tension fighting for that top spot and austin seen rock as a threat

@PracticeMakesPaper I wouldn't be surprised. Back then wrestlers were highly competitive. I read The Rock's book when I was a kid. He had nothing but nice things to say about Austin but it came out during the time they were both so over you couldn't tell who was the top guy lol they probably squashed it by the time the book came out though.
