Very nice ....👌😌 It was great but I didn't make a chilly paste I was too lazy I used my leftover tomato aachar and some chicken roast ...😆😆. But it was very great even tho next time I will make it with all the ingredients 😆. Thanks♥️♥️♥️.

What kind of dried red chilli peppers are those? I'm more familiar with the Mexican ones and there are at least half a dozen different ones. Assume these are Indian ones, but probably similar range of varieties....

Would recommend to double fry the chicken to ensure it's not raw in the end...
Rest recipe is great!!!
Double frying might help to crisp up the chicken, definitely! But you don't have to worry about the chicken being raw even if it is single fried.

Fresh red chillies can't be used in this recipe. Dried red chillies are only used
