How do I stop the rust from coming out the legs of my coated chairs. It is only coming out that way. The metal is coated and there are caps on chair legs?? HELP

That's a new one. Maybe remove the caps, turn the chairs upside down, and try to either spray or pour rust remover on the inside? 🤷‍♀️
