Nice review buddy. What you mentioned on the wing "dropping" in high g-maneuvers, probably your wings are not balanced. Simply tape some weight to the light wing. Fly straight and trim straight and level. Fly up high, dive and pull out, see if it changes. Little bit of trial and error.
