I got tears in my eyes when she said these superpowers don't exist, being an aeronautical engineer I feel that I'm in the most unreal field of engineering where man never thought of flying like a bird in the sky. all thanks to aircraft manufactures around the globe for making this dream come true. Pilatus makes the most classy and state of art aircraft for training as well as leisure purposes 😊
Having just retired from Pratt & Whitney Canada's Lethbridge, Alberta assembly and test facility I am very proud to have completed final assembly of numerous PT6E-67XP engines for the Pilatus PC-12NGX aircraft. Two very beautiful machines working in harmony.

For me, the best thing about Pilatus is the PC6 Porter and the lengendary PC7 Trainer.
Its a shame they no longer make the PC-6 what an amazing machine.

Good for the Swiss! Keep it all in house, in the country. Over here, we neglect our manufacturers, and buy from overseas. The BA Hawk, and A textron license built (if I understand the deal correctly) Pilatus, they've named after a great trainer back when we supported our manufacturers.

Used to be a Turbo Porter that came into my local airfield now and then. I always used to say I had the 'Platypus' in sight... Used to annoy the pilot endlessly. I would always get a comment out of him..... But I was just jealous.

It is a big mistake to stop building the pilatus pc-6 turbo porter. I think piltalius think about the future then the pilatus pc-6 turbo porter is a winner in the game when it comes to STOL aircraft. Regardless of whether it is built in Switzerland or the USA and the company Fairchild Aircraft and the aircraft Fairchild U-23.
If I were the owner of pilatus then pc-6 and u-23 would be at the top of the list. Think about it. There are those missing pc-6 and u-23 as well.

Very cute, if not a bit cheesy with the English overdubbing. But... the footage, especially the closing sequences - WOW. My aunty flew in your planes for many years in the Royal Flying Doctor Service in the Northern Territory (Australia) and I've had the privilege to fly in a friend's PC-12. As a pilot, my plan has been to look more closely at a DA62, but my interest in the PIlatus may have just been reinvigorated! 😃
