Mason and Woods would roughly be in their 60s or 70s so idk if they would be in active combat, but they could take a commanding role like Overlord or sumn.

Its a shame that Sam Worthington isn’t back as Mason, but that’s probably got something to do with his schedule and the fact that he’s been working on Cameron’s Avatar films.
Also Ed Harris as Hudson. Could listen to his voice for hours.

yeah OG voice actors especially BO1 Hudson would be great.
BO Cold War is basically like MW 2019 where they rebooted the whole cast.
@UND1SPUTED yep the rebooted cast was really great, though my favorite is the new Nikolai who looks and feels like a russian mob boss that works on the kremlin.

Since warzone, both infinity ward and treyarch titles are now bound together in the same universe. BUT we know that cold war is canon after the events of the first bo1. Maybe bo2 is not canon anymore (sry if my english is not good im french)

Is it just me or does this game seem short? I wish it was a bit longer.
The 2 hours are only a quarter of the full gameplay.
Well he has uploaded the full campaign walkthrough roughly 3 hours 50 minutes.
Too short considering the second half and end had multiple versions of the same thing...
COD campaigns always take nearly 4hrs to do. Stop being surprised
They said this game is approx 5 hours (which is short already). Actually, its a lot shorter than that. Its only 3 hours excluding side mission. But i think i can forgive that. Because treyarch took over this project at the last minute. They only had 1 year to finish it. Also with this pandemic, they were forced to wfh (possibilty to be disturbed by kids and fav tv show is quite a distraction) and multiple crunches per month. IW developed MW for 2 years. So i think we can forgive that. I just hope treyarch redeem themselves with multiplayer, zombies and warzone.
Am I the only one here who notices that "we have a job to do" is just like "would you kindly" from bioshock

It is really annoying that Mason and Woods are just there throughout the game. Glad I'm skipping this year until it goes on sale.
Exactly. Especially Mason, his only role in the campaign is to be a piece of furniture, he got the charisma of an oyster.
@@Chtigga Poor writing to be honest. The campaign I gave it a B because I feel zero connection to the characters. That and they sprinkle woods and Mason at places to remind us the audience that they are in this game to keep out attention. The character customization for bell was a cool idea, but it destroyed the immersion for veterans. Newbies will not care.

1. Is this game actually a part of the lore or is it one of those "What If" type games?
2. I'm guessing the first ending would be the real ending if this is a part of the lore, but what about the second one?
3. How will/does this tie to the Modern Warfare series with Imran Zakhaev?

Campaign was really good but short asf. Haven’t tried zombies yet but multiplayer is still that good ole call of duty bull shit. Thank god for preload on the Xbox for letting me play for free cause I’m not gonna pay for this. Call of duty multiplayer always turns me off after awhile. I missed out on the beta and didn’t get to play but after zombies I’ll be uninstalling this. I can just imagine the micro transactions this game is gonna have tomorrow and all the way until the next call of duty
