I am ALWAYS painting Kitchen & bathroom cabinets when I'm turning over. The best roller I've found is the 'Whizz flocked roller'. Between coats & overnight, store your brush and roller in a plastic Ziplock bag
I wrote a comment in another video. We have switched to high gloss black on our cabinets. Makes future cleanup so much easier. Also we went to spray paint and the high gloss black enamel in the can. Oh and bro, just go cut the gas at the meter so then when you need the wire brush, you don’t have to worry about it
Interesting with the black on cabinets. Years ago I use to paint them brown, never liked the look. Yeah I should have shut off the gas….. but where’s the fun in that. I get so bored by myself I try to keep things exciting. Haha 🤣
Holy cow! That carpet guy did an amazing job! What's the rate for something like that? I have one unit that officially has carpet now. I'm not looking forward to the issues that come with it. Great Video!
Shameful that the people who do the MOST damage [section 8] have the best protection and mandates for them!! They destroy place after place and the landlord is just supposed to pick-up the costs.
The system is broken. I’ve said it for years and even emailed to my housing authority. If section 8 did move out inspections and held the tenant accountable threatened to terminate the voucher if property was destroyed. This would solve most issues. This property was not section 8.
Great series of videos! Too bad about the hard drive.
Thanks. Kinda a bummer. I’ve been working on a fire house for over a year off and on. Videos coming. But lost most of it.
You are the unsung hero of the handyman universe.
Haha 🤣 thanks

I may have to give them a try. Thanks for the tip. I use the purple ones from Home Depot. They are ok. U order then from Amazon?
Great tip on painting the underside of the laminant countertops. I have sanded and then coated it with clear gorilla glue after they are damaged
Probably better than paint, gorilla glue will fill the holes in the particular board. Storing in my memory for future use. Haha 🤣

Love these videos. Sorry about your hard drive.
Thanks for watching! Unfortunately lost a lot of stuff.
Sorry I forgot if I put what I'm recording on . I don't think I answered but I'm using a go pro hero 11 black
@@thehandymanexperience226 I’m trying to find something better to hold my GoPro. I use a magnet thing it’s ok. I just can’t get use to it.

Sorry about the hard drive
Yeah. I had it recovered but most was corrupted.

I think his invoice was $280. Couldn’t believe he got it clean. Concrete is the only good option for rentals. Haha
