    I read 35000 in this US Church?
    In my parish there are 18000 parishioners in one Church of Mumbai which is 4th largest in the city
    But only 1200 sitting capacity with 7 masses/Sunday and 5 priests
    The largest Parish in Mumbai has 25000 parishioners

    i go to two different parish church. one is a well-off community with about 7k parishioners mostly educated and business people. the other has about 15k parishioners mostly villagers, low educated and working class. the great contrast is how business community are so well organized and well resourced and the other, takes time to catch up. i find that they are slow to change because of educational background.

    Christ himself would bring more miracles and your attendance would quadruple!

    The most honest statement in the video is from the Sister with a history in Charlotte N.C. That city 35 or 40 years ago was a sleepy southern city with a mostly Protestant population. The total pop. was half of what it is now. She says that accurately.
    Charlotte grew into a major metro area with a much larger population OF TRANSPLANTS FROM THE GREAT LAKES AND NORTHEAST (mostly RC). Add in the immigrant Hispanics, also mostly RC. In other words, it is DEMOGRAPHICS. There have been no mass conversions. No cause for any RC triumphalism, as the church still has a major lapsed RC problem, and if you see the age of the pastor, a vocations problem.

    This looks modernist. People can get this experience at any Protestant church so what is keeping them from apostaszing? The Eucharistic minister women were flinging the Body of Christ around like you'd throw a biscuit to a dog. Implement ad orientum worship and I gaurentee you people would be sitting all the way outside.

    Lol, now y'all are trying to copy us. Just go to a real Bible based church (where people are actually full of the Holy Ghost)
    The first apostles did not teach, a priestly sacrificial (idolatrous) mass. Transubstantiation, Marian venerarion, work based religion are all non apostolic teachings. The Holy Scriptures preserves the most faithful witness of the true teachings and practices of God's holy church. Romanism is an early medieval confabulation.

    • @benr.2066

      Jay Paglia actually St. Paul himself taught that the bread and wine are truly the Body and Blood of Christ. It is there from the beginning. Jesus himself said"this is my Body,this is my Blood." Why argue with that?

    • @jmdsservantofgod8405
      @jmdsservantofgod8405 6 років тому

      Ben R. ....he meant that symbolically

    • @morelmaster
      @morelmaster 6 років тому +7

      The Catholic Church is the only church that believes that the bread and wine "is" the Body and Blood of Jesus, not a symbol, not the Body and Blood somehow floating alongside the bread and wine, but actually "is" the Body and Blood of Jesus, just as the Bible clearly states that it is. Because it is an incomprehensible teaching for many people outside the Catholic Church, they find other false ways to describe it, instead of just simply taking Jesus words at face value. Please read John 6: 60-69, those people who walked away unbelieving is the reason we have 30,000 other Christian churches who do not believe in the Eucharist the very same way the Catholic Church does, along with other teachings. Understanding what the Eucharist really is, and how significant graces are received through it, is the summit of our faith.

    • @stephenday948
      @stephenday948 6 років тому +8

      J Stine, He did not mean it symbolically. If He did, it would not have offended so many and sent them walking off because it was too difficult to accept what He was saying.
