The Kerry Way Ultra 2022 Film - Irelands Toughest Race

*Disclaimer* I lost my GoPro which had a ton of footage from this event but I managed to piece together a short film from shots which I captured on my Iphone (13 Pro Max). We follow the ups & downs of Gerry Farrell (my brother) story as he takes on Ireland's toughest race. I managed to capture a few others, feel free to comment and I will mention you.
The Kerry Way Ultra is a 200km ultra marathon following the Kerry Way, a mixture of mountain passes, green trails, boggy ground, wire-covered sleepers, country roads and a minimum of main road. There are 'Yellow Men' markers along all the route but remember, these markers are for walkers and for use in daylight so competitors will have to be aware of their intended route and look out for these markers. An ability to navigate would help.
I wanted to capture the physical elements and amazing scenery Kerry has to offer. So enjoy this short film of Kerry Way Ultra 2022.

Great video as always Ryan. Unlucky Gerry.. i struggled around the same spot but managed to recover through Catherdaniel. You did brilliantly to get as far as you did without keeping in food. Might see you guys next year..
