MANGROVE SNAPPER Catch & Cook - Tampa Bay Offshore Fishing

In this video, I went fishing at a public artificial reef about 4 miles offshore of the Tampa Bay area looking for mangrove snapper. I show you the rig and techniques I used while fishing with live shrimp on the bottom. I caught a couple different species of fish, including some mangrove snapper, which I took home for a catch and cook. I put the fish on the grill and made some mangrove snapper fish tacos with mango salsa.

Mango Salsa Recipe:
One mango, half a red onion, 3 tablespoons of cilantro, teaspoon of salt and the juice from half a lime. For best the best flavor let it marinate together for several hours.
