An Ireland vs France rematch from the 6 nations in the final of the World Cup would be the stuff of legend. As an Irish fan I could see it happening, although in France I’d have to give the French the edge

Vous avez raison. Dupont ne serait pas aussi exceptionnel sans N'Tamack et inversement, comme pour beaucoup d'autres joueurs de l'EDF d'ailleurs..N'tamack joue juste, est solide : un atout remarquable.. Je n'oublierais pas Fickou non plus, ces 3 là se connaissent par cœur et savent toujours se trouver . Nous avons une génération, qui joue ensemble depuis longtemps, qui est championne du monde, qui joue les uns contres les autres tous les week-ends. Ça apporte beaucoup de sécurité, de sérénité et de solidarité à l'équipe de France .. Quand on regarde, nous avons des joueurs d'exception à tous les postes, mais on ne regarde que Dupont.. Mais sans ses coéquipiers, il ne pourrait pas s'exprimer ainsi... Mais ça ne lui enlève rien, et lui sait ce qu'il leur doit quand les médias et supporters l'oublient.

@@MimieThalie Dupont c'est comme Zidane. Quand il est sur le terrain, tout le monde gagne niveau. Mais Lucu ou Couillou savent e taf, avec ou sans N'Tamack (on a Jalibert, qui peut aussi jouere centre, même si je préfère une paire Fickou-Danty pour être bien à l'aise). Bref, on a le banc, et l'arrière-ban. Le plus dur c'est de choisir la compo en fonction des blessés / matchs à faire / matchs à venir

@@tristan3981 Jamais crier victoire trop vite. Chez les autres aussi ça réfléchit et ça s'entraîne. On pense surtout à l'Irlande. Perdre encore une fois contre l'Irlande ça serait décevant mais pas forcément humiliant.

En effet, à chaque poste nous avons des joueurs parmi les meilleurs au monde. Ils sont tous impressionnants.. Il y a une remarquable cohésion, jamais égalée en EDF, en plus, ce qui leur permet de mieux s'exprimer je pense aussi... Une superbe génération...
@@MimieThalie aucun hasard. Les stats parlent pour Galthié qui a tout pensé. Ces 68 joueurs, il est allé les chercher certes mais pas tous en fait. Quand on regarde la coupe du monde 2019, beaucoup de cadres actuels étaient déjà présents avec l'ancien coach. Et avec les mêmes, ça fonctionne depuis 2020, pas de hasard
@@cramnosseb5089, ça aide aussi quand on a à disposition une génération U20 championne du monde et qui se connaît bien.. C'est un des gros atouts de l'équipe aussi..

When France is feeling it , not many teams can beat them, if any.
As a french fan I grew up watching them in the early 2000's whn they played under Laporte and the flair was incredible despite the massive inconsistency and lack of professionalism and discipline. The post Laporte years were horrible to watch and it was painful watching them play such awful rugby year after year.
What's incredible is that Galthie has come in and changed not only their outlook on how the game should be played (organised chaos) but also the imporvements of discipline in his squad. They pick up the occasional red and yellow now (every team does as the rules are so strict now) but I have barely seen any fights or scuffles from frustration or egos going loose. This side genuinely knows that if they lose it's because they arent playing their game correctly. What a turnaround!

Looking at your part of the competition I do believe you can reach semi final quite easy. You are far better than the rest if Finn stops some presents to the opponents.
That is honestly possible, Scaotland IS really underestimate, you Scottish play great rugby and I would not be suprised to see you beat SA and/or Ireland and then the All Blacks. Really really hard but clearly not impossible and French people will support you

I think it was maybe a good signal for French. We saw their reaction after losing against Ireland, they clearly identified the flaws and remedied to them. It was the most obvious when they played England. And I believe this will also help them for the World Cup, knowing they will have to give their whole and focus at very game they play. To be the champion you must be strong and ready from game 1 up to the finale. What better sparing partner and warm up than NZ for their first game ?

Great and deserved victory in the last tournament. Both teams were just amazing and this time the victory is yours. But don’t forget that the world cup is in france and no one beat us in our own land since two years. There is four favourites with nz and SA but France and ireland at another level for now. It would be an outstanding final
