If the Cs are trading to strengthen the bench and the roster as a whole, the ideal trades are Springer for Kessler and Tillman for Keon Ellis. However, if the asking price is too high for both targets, maybe the Cs could settle for Sharpe, Santi Aldama or even Kyle Filipowski. Flipping Tillman for Doug McDermott ain't a bad idea as well.

Did we ever see Larry Bird, Luca Doncic try unnecessary dunks? We have a marvelous two players who can be playmakers in those situations

They need a backup 4, because like this guy said Porzingis is the X Factor for the Celtics, without him Celtics aren't as much of a 5 man mismatch on offense. Would also be good to have a guy behind Porzingis even when he is healthy to play 10 15 minutes because Tillman doesn't play, Anton Watson nowhere to be seen atm, Drew Peterson is a shooting small forward not a big, Celtics have noone else over the size of 6'9 who can get REBOUNDS. Celtics are pretty strong at point guard and shooting guard, but they can improve depth at Small Forward. Behind Tatum is only Hauser and Peterson who plays in the dleague and prob wont play a second in the playoffs. Celtics coud trade for a more athletic wing 6'7 or taller, instead of Hauser who mainly just shoots 3's. Hauser is a good piece for shooting, they need a different type of piece for defense, rebounding, slashing to the basket creating fouls. Celtics could also maybe trade for a Center and just tell Horford good luck if they need him at the 4 for 2 big lineups. Only doing that though if they can get a young Center that has 3-4 years left on contract. So two trades for the Celtics... Main trade backup Power Forward behind Porzingis. If he can shoot 3s great Celtics need another big body for rebounds and depth. 2nd trade backup athletic Small Forward 6'7 or taller different option other than Hauser for defense, rebounding, slashing to the basket creating fouls. If im the Celtics im also NOT trading Springer, im trading someone else to get Springer more playing time. Springer needs to be the backup 2/SG behind Brown. They could trade a couple players Walsh, Horford, Queta, Kornet, Tillman, maybe even Holiday. I would only trade Holiday in hopes that this still young Celtics team, Tatum, Brown, White, Pritchard have learned to not turn the ball over and trust the point guard position and trade Holiday for a really good young big man. If I couldn't trade for a good young big man im not trading Holiday hes too valuable, but that would be the only "excuse" I would make to trade Holiday is if they got a really good young big under contract for 3-4 years. Celtics could get a back up wing for 1st or 2nd round picks with ease if they really wanted to, getting a big that can actually make an impact in the playoffs is going to be harder/more important for this team to make an adjustment. Holiday could get the Celtics a new piece, while then being able to then give more minutes to White, Pritchard and Springer. The Celtics would have to grow up quicker which is what they need to do (they will be a better team for it, young players are mad again because theyre not playing. Same problem when Tatum and Brown were young when Gordon Hayward was on the team. Some of our guys just arent getting enough minutes so a change needs to happen. A trade or give more minutes.) The time is now to move on with the youth get these guys more playing time and hope they learned from turn over mistakes the year before they won the Championship without Holiday. If the Celtics don't trade Holiday now might not beable to trade for that young big man if the Celtics don't win the Chip this year again with Holiday so they have a big choice to make.
