Hi KH, I would not do that because maintenance fees can be adjusted anytime by the management. It will not be a fixed rate so I would suggest to just ask the agent or salesperson for the latest info from time to time.
Wa. This project already done ah. Still rmb few years back this project was still under construction. Beside this, thr is an open area parking connected to the Maharaja Lela monorail. Used to drive n Park thr then take monorail to KL Central then u can LRT/MRT. Opposite line of KL central, u can monorail to Bukit Bintang. Really nice location.
Ong Yk depends where are you facing.. If facing the main road- 118..yes. Noise if you open the windows but if facing the istana.. It's not really noisy.. I love the greens. I made my living room with max view and max daylight.
I find this episode hilarious 🤪 and entertaining. Walk through the eerie backlane in beginning, then unit review with no lights on. Walking the dark corridor to open the door... and turning on flashlight. Surprise! It's a garbage bin. The next scene is Sean breathing a relief as he finally found a way out.😅
I stayed in the hotel next to this property a few years ago, and the room I got was facing Jln Maharajalela, never in my dream have I imagined how noisy it could be - 24 hours non-stop traffic noise to be specific. Now it wonders me that who would be willing to spend over RM 1m to buy this property and live with the noise.

developer did planned to put in CK's Furniture but they didnt make it because CK Furniture closed down before Opus completed. fully furnished unit only available in Tower 2

Good job. But wouldn’t invest - way too much. Dodgy location, too far from KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Being close to the monorail/metro is nice - but compared to other world cities they don’t run that frequently. And with all the new buildings going up it won’t be long before the rental fees go down.

1. For the greeneries, I'll need to check further because even if it's gazetted as reserved, our government still can do whatever they want. 2. Better view... Just like units with KLCC view tend to fetch higher rental. 3. RM 5k rental is for a month. Thanks for asking:)
