I’ve just started 200hr YTT and I am so thankful to you for your videos! I’ve been pretty nervous about teaching & your videos are so helpful and calming to my nerves 🙏 thank you
Great to hear you're finding the videos helpful! Your 200ht YTT is the start of a beautiful journey. Just keep in mind that practice makes perfect. You got this :-)
An hour and a half of practice every day?! You are an inspiration. I've also been in love with long walks lately. Such a great outlet! I love being out in nature to recharge. Thanks for giving us a peek into your day.
@@AlexiaKYoga I just found your channel and website with this this video and both are wonderful. Your videos are great. Clear, concise just well done. You are now my goto Ashtanga site now!
Love love these vlogs 🙌🏼💕 keep them coming please! I wish I could take your class! I am doing a 30 day yoga challenge ⭐️ I am on day four! Feeling good but I’m not sure if I am doing some moves correctly 🥺
Thank you so much for the lovely comment! And well done for for doing a 30 day challenge! As a rule of thumb, if you feel pain or discomfort, ease off. Always listen to your body. I'll try to post some practice videos with a lot of explanation so you should hopefully find them helpful :-)
YESSS!! I just discovered this in 2021 I believe - washing your rice changes the game! It cooks so much better in my opinion!! Just re-discovered your channel - love your videos! PS: You also inspired me to keep practicing those damn handstands!! :)
YAY!!! Nina nice to hear there's another "yes always wash the rice" person watching! And thanks for the lovely feedback :-) I'm not amazing at handstands but I'm actually right in the middle of a 30 day handstand challenge which I'll post soon. Hopefully you'll be a handstand master by the time I post it!
Hi Alexia, thanks for this beautiful video, you’re an inspiration! I’ve just discovered your channel today and already watched so many of your videos. I’m happy to have found you and good luck for everything 💜
Good morning Alexia I love your videos. This is a comment about the rice! I could never cook rice properly. It was always starchy and mushy. Then a UA-cam video changed all that. You wash the rice to remove excess starch. I put it in the pot and pour cold water in, swish it around with my fingers until the water is all whitish, pour it out and repeat until the water is pretty clear. I do this for all types of rice except arborio when I make risotto. A game changer. I can't remember which video I watched but it was a Thai cooking channel. Hot Thai kitchen? something like that. So yes. Everybody wash your rice!!!!
Fun peek into your life. I would love a siesta every day--I'm very jealous! Btw, I've washed rice always before making it, because it washes away any bits of non-rice as well as a layer of starch you don't want gumming up your rice! 🍚
Oh yes I now always wash the rice! And its funny how this was totally new information when I got the rice cooker! And yes, siesta is the best time of the day! Much needed especially when I finish teaching at 9pm!

Jesus girl, you are sitting next to a gigantic 4-antennae router, cell phone and laptop all frying every cell in your body with intense microwaves. Ouch. That is utterly, completely not a healthy thing to do.

Hi Alexia! I just discovered your channel and I really enjoy it. I was wondering if your yoga studio is in Athens.

Hi Alexia, where are you located at? I love that phrase - Ekam Inhale on the shirt.

what kind of coffee do you drink by the way?
Good question! I grind my single origin coffee beans (I can’t remember the location I bought from this time) and then add coconut milk :-)
In India we wash the rice before cooking it, it's very quite common especially in south India cause we eat a lot of rice.........😁✌
My life is not easy, I made a channel to help my family😊😊
Same here.. Keep it up!
Just subscribed to you Live in the farm 🙂
So a calming beautiful day ❤️
BTW, Asian rice usually needs be washed in most cases. Unless you buy the prewashed. That's how I learned it anyway. :)
Ah yes the rice washing has made me wonder about all the asian rice I cooked before getting my rice cooker and never washed! Better late than never!
So admire! 😍
Thanks for watching :-)
Very inspiring 🙏🏻
I’m happy to hear you found it inspiring :-)
I love coffee too! Ya, no coffee no prana 🤭
