I’ve actually tried to stop focusing on hate online, but it’s practically impossible. Literally everywhere you go on the internet, from UA-cam to mainstream journalism, it’s always focused on hatred, whether it be hatred of fandoms, trans people, hatred of men, hatred of leftists/rightists…I can’t exactly separate myself from hatred if no one else is willing to do it!
You can do it. Learn breath meditation and spend less time on the screens pick things you love to watch and read in advance and block hate liberally

obstacle addiction is an interesting study because it almost always starts with curiosity and desire but with predetermined expectations and then turns into addiction , it reminds me of a local saying "everything prohibited is desirable" (ex. Pyramus and Thisbe)
Love Schullenberger Girard ASMR vids
Would be awesome if Geoffrey Shullenberger collaborates with Thomas Hamelryck on Girard in the future 🤩
