Hi Philip, I just wrote my GRE exam today and scored a 332/340 (162 in Verbal and a perfect 170 in Quant). I just wanted to express my gratitude. I studied most concepts from your videos and all your videos are so so comprehensive. You're hands down one of the best teachers available for GRE on UA-cam. You teach in such a beautiful and effortless manner and you made me believe that getting 332 was a realistic and an attainable goal for me. A huuuge HUGE thank you from my side. You deserve so many more subscribers. I am certainly going to recommend your channel to anyone and everyone I know who would be writing the GRE. Once again, thank you for all the effort you put in your videos, I really appreciate it. Have a great day!
Hey Philip, Not sure if you'll see this, but I just took the exam, and I finally got a score I can personally be very happy with. On the exam scratch paper, I even put a little 'WWPD :)' (What would Philip do?) to remind myself to remain steadfast throughout the exam. Thank you so much for your videos my man, they were core to my prep. I can now happily move on to bigger and better things 🎉
Hi Philip, I binged your entire library of GRE videos in preparation for the test, and after a few tries, I finally hit my target score. I can’t thank you enough for your videos! I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say that I couldn’t have done it without you!
Hello Philip, I don't know if you would be reading this comment or not, but thanks to your quant videos, I scored a 169 on my final test in Quants, a score I never dreamed of securing. Thank you for your videos and tricks.
Hi Philip, I took my GRE yesterday, and I scored 306 with only a week of preparation ,quant 150 verbal 156, and your videos were the only source I used for practice. These marks are enough to get me into the program I desire. Thank you so much for all your amazing videos. You are the only reason I am able to apply in this cycle. I was able to solve a lot of quant questions with the help of your techniques. Most of my verbal vocab Qs were from your 300 words vocabulary video.
Hi Philip, I scored 312/340 (159 Q, 153 V) on my GRE. Not happy with my score since I know I could do better. But regardless, I just want to say that your videos truly made some of the toughest concepts very clear to me. The way you teach with clarity without making it complicated is truly something I've not seen elsewhere. I wish I would've found your channel sooner. All problems that I could solve on probability, PnC, Statistics, I owe it all to you. Thank you so much for helping me out and many others. Your way of teaching is phenomenal. You make the problems easier to understand and solve. Big thanks Philip!🙏
Hi Philip, Thanks for the help. I really enjoyed learning here. I just gave my GRE and got a total of 321 (Q168, V153). Thanks a lot for the help throughout the learning process
Hi Philip, i wrote my GRE today and I scored 322 (165 verbal, 157 Quant ). This was my first attempt and i been preparing for 1.5 months. I was able to achieve this much despite working full time with 10 to 12 hrs shifts. This is all thanks to your amazing teaching. I am thinking of maybe giving another attempt later due to my quant being below 160. I was horrible at time management and unfortunately my quant questions had a lot of lengthy ones even though i could solve them.
Hi Philip, first of all a big thanks to you for teaching everything in the GRE with such a perennial passion. I scored 328/340 some days ago I studied all the concepts from your videos and practiced from my resources and practice tests. I guess I watched every video of yours be it quant and verbal at least 3 to 4 times. I cannot stress how good quality your videos are and how the tricks you taught helped me. Once again a big thank you and take care! 👍 ❤
I've been watching AI Explained vids for months and coming upon this channel while studying for GRE (taking it this December) your voice sounded very familiar. Your GRE content is excellent
Hi philip sir, I am from India, today I had scored GRE 318 out of 340 .. Ur videos are one of the reason for this.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. U changed my life❤
Hi Philip, I took the GRE yesterday and scored a 334/340 (167 Verbal and Quant) and want to thank you for all of your videos which were instrumental to my success. The vocab lists, walkthroughs, math videos, etc.. were all fantastic content. I also used some of the free Magoosh materials which I thought were super helpful. Their full course looked appealing but the price point was a little bit tough to swallow! For me, the toughest part of the quant was time management. I felt that I could do all of the problems, but in the amount of time allotted it was tough to double or triple check my work/thought process, inevitably leading to some careless mistakes! It was quite a brutal marathon but I remembered all your advice and tips along the way :) So THANK YOU for everything I hope this channel blows up ! You should consider doing youtube shorts on quick SAT or other math problems - Ive seen some get really popular, it could boost the channel!
@@anishv8723 Vocab was a long game for me - aggressively studied flashcards and read novels/magazines online. I liked reading national review film critiques and searching the meaning of those words. I also used Philipp's videos a ton.
Hey Philip, I just had my GRE test today and I just want to say thanks a lot for all your videos! I have binged all 5 weeks of the quants playlist as well as the 31 videos on the verbal playlist along with the AWA videos. I truly cannot thank you enough for teaching me and everyone else in such an amazing way. My scores have increased a lot in just a week from 302 in mocks to 314 (160 - q , 154 - v) and that is all you! I wish I found you earlier and who knows I could've even gotten 320+. One small suggestion to maybe cover co-ordinate geometry using 2 different lines in a graph. I had some difficulties with that type of problems in my actual GRE. Thanks a lot once again!
Hey Philip, I just had 2 weeks of time to prepare for gre and I can’t tell you how much grateful I am, your methods have helped me a lot and it is because of you that I was able to score 300+
Hi Philip, thanks from Italy. I did my GRE yesterday with 303 (154 quant, 149 verb). I know it's not the best score but I hope it'll be enough for my master. I watched all your videos to be ready and thank thank you so much. Even if I did not get a super score, I tried my best and if I was prepared enough for it was because of your videos.
Hey Philip! I love your videos so much just gave my GRE and rushed here to spread the good new; got the i was expecting! To the new viewer stick to the videos -- interactive videos you will surely get the score you aim to achieve
Hey Philip! I love your videos so much, your explanations make complex concepts so much easier for me to understand! Can you please make a playlist specifically for 160+ quant (real hard questions) to get a perfect score?
Hello Philip, where are you? Why aren't you making any videos now? Your videos are the most helpful and amazing thing I have found while preparing for gre. I encourage you to give us more soulful content. Love from India
Hi Philip, I recently took the GRE (Q160, V 163) but planning to retake in hope to further improve my score, quant in particular. By the time I will e retaking the format will change. Any advice on how to navigate this change? I suppose the scope to make mistakes reduces since each question now has more weightage. That's bad news for folks like me who are prone to callous errors every now and then. I am not sure if the PowerPrep mock tests will also be based on this shorter format since I got the free tests. Could you please advise on how I can take some practice exams in the new format? I also notice you have not posted in a while. I hope all is well with you.
