I never liked maths and never even understood the reason. But today I understand that I didn't had teachers like you. Thankyou so much for the effort you are undertaking. Love your videos 😍😍
I just finished week four with your playlist. I thought that I did not need any more information in geometry, but after watching your videos, I did not regret it because I have gained many new tricks and techniques that I can use in the test. thanks a gain for this great effort.
Hey Phillip, I went through most of your vocab videos. My performance in verbal really picked up after that. You are an excellent teacher. I took the GRE last week and ended up with a 331 (Q170 V161 AWA 5).
@@verdaarif Hi Verda, I did not go topic wise from any resource but I prepared through analyzing my mistakes on mocks. I attempted 12 mocks ( 2 ETS, 5 Manhattan, 5 Kaplan). After every mock, I identified the gaps in my skills and revised those topics through the 5 lb book of GRE practice and TestedTutor's videos. For vocab, I depended only on this channel. Best of luck for your exam. 331 is not that difficult if you use a structured approach.
@@yashshukla288 Thank you SO much for your thorough reply. I have my concepts ready but its the practice that is taking me back. I have ETS free mocks, could you please share the link to Kaplan and Manhattan mocks? Are those free? And thank you again for words of confidence, it does seem like a real deal to get a 330+!
Hey Phillip ! Thank you again for all your hard work , I feel providential after getting to know about your channel . The day I commenced watching your video had changed my life , now I don't feel worried about the test , feel confident that YES! now you are with me and surly I'll be beating the old me by flying high . I wish I could achieve the goal I set (finger crossed). Also , Here I finish the 4th week playlist . going to revise it all first then gonna start up with next one aka. 5th week. - by your amazing student , thank you again (bow)
Hey Philip! I love your videos so much, your explanations make complex concepts so much easier for me to understand! Can you please make a playlist specifically for 160+ quant (real hard questions) to get a perfect score?
Hi Phillip, Your videos are great and thanks for posting it regularly. While going through the second question in this video, I came up with 208 for the maximum number. Here’s what I did: Put the Package B in A as follows: 2 B of 7 length alongside A's length of 15 -> 2 per floor 3 B of 3 width alongside A’s width of 3 -> 3 per floor 56/2 = 28 B of 2 height alongside A’s height of 2 -> 28 Number of package = 2 * 3 * 28 = 168 But, we still have 2 width left in container A, so we can still put B vertically as: 1 B of 2 width alongside A’s width of 2 -> 1 15/3 = 5 B of length 5 alongside A’s length of 15 -> 5 56/7 = 8 B of height 7 alongside A’s height of 56 -> 8 Number of package = 1 * 5 * 8 = 40 Total number of package B in A = 168 + 40 = 208 The question did not imply that we could put the package only one way so I used multiple ways to put them in. Please let me know if this reasoning makes sense.
Hey Phillip, Thank you so much for your videos, they're very helpful. Please can you make a video on using the GRE Calculator? I often find take several mins to use it; and how many of the functions on it are actually useful. Thanks!
Hey Philip , I recently finished watching all your quant videos. I am so much more confident now , I can't thank you enough. Is there any other topic you haven't covered yet ? i feel ready and looking to give my gre this month end. waiting in anticipation.
In the second example, unless you are required to put all the boxes in the same orientation, (which i think the problem doesn't require), then the max can be 220, no? Am I missing something?
Hey Philip, I'm currently at 290 and I want to increase my score both in quants and verbal. I got through quants by completing all your videos. But please help me in verbal. I have one and half months for GRE can I increase it to 330? Please help! 😭

And my exam is next month.

Yea, extremely hard questions to test logic and skills.
I found this really helpful! Thank you so much for this Philip!
It was/ is an amazing lesson, I didn't know there was so much more than what I already knew before.
Hi Phillip,
Your videos are great and thanks for posting it regularly. While going through the second question in this video, I came up with 208 for the maximum number. Here’s what I did:
Put the Package B in A as follows:
2 B of 7 length alongside A's length of 15 -> 2 per floor
3 B of 3 width alongside A’s width of 3 -> 3 per floor
56/2 = 28 B of 2 height alongside A’s height of 2 -> 28
Number of package = 2 * 3 * 28 = 168
But, we still have 2 width left in container A, so we can still put B vertically as:
1 B of 2 width alongside A’s width of 2 -> 1
15/3 = 5 B of length 5 alongside A’s length of 15 -> 5
56/7 = 8 B of height 7 alongside A’s height of 56 -> 8
Number of package = 1 * 5 * 8 = 40
Total number of package B in A = 168 + 40 = 208
The question did not imply that we could put the package only one way so I used multiple ways to put them in. Please let me know if this reasoning makes sense.
I was today years old when I learnt the difference between ways to calculate maximum number for liquids and solids. 😂 This is stellar. Thank you.

Not many! You have covered maybe 95% of it and if you have done practice tests then all of it!
@@TheTestedTutor Thanks Philip , You're the best🌍
Can you do similar types of questions on cylinders? As in how many cylinders of a certain height and base diameter can fit in a cube?
Will be covering cylinders very soon

Take care of your health :)
Thank you so much Philip
Thanks Philip !
Thankyou philip:) very helpful vedio
You made it easy sir
Why is the second answer not D) 220? Can you not use two different orientations of the boxes?
In question it is said,you have to put same size and same dimensions of packages of B in A
In the second example, unless you are required to put all the boxes in the same orientation, (which i think the problem doesn't require), then the max can be 220, no? Am I missing something?
thank you bosss .... untill now i was doing it the wrong way
