Just found your 10 minute yoga for feet video, I am currently experiencing foot pain on the left side, but i also have lateral pelvic tilt where the right hip is higher causing a waddle walk between the two issues, When I work on my feet my hip starts hurting when i work on my hip my feet start hurting. Would you be willing to do a video that would adress both?
I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing that. It sounds like a complex issue that's best addressed in consultation with your doctor, as it wouldn't be very ethical for me to try to diagnose or treat you when I'm not a medical professional.
