Thanks! Very helpful. I used "On Spline" for the Dimension setting in the Spline Sampler module. Was happy to see all of my actors populated along the spline facing the center (critical for what I wanted). You can get all of the actors to all face the same direction by checking the box for "Absolute Rotation" in the Transform Points module.
I am a subscriber. This channel is underrated!
Maybe i missed a step, but, is there any way to randomize/offset the animation speed for the actors?
Thank you for This Tutriol...you are great Bro..
This is great but how to make it play in the sequencer ?
nice work
A great lesson. Thank you
How do I make the characters move instead of standing still?
This looks more intimidating than it actually is. Let me see your creations!
Is there a way to offset animation, so they look more natural?
Any one knows how it could be made for sequencer?
Great tutorial!, Is there any way to offset the Actors Animations ?
Hi, since you decided to battle procedural crowd generation I have a request for a video, or maybe a short comment suggesting ways it can be done.
Characters moving along a spline. Spawning on the start, despawning at the end. Same walking speed, few models, several lines of people.
No collisions or AI just for cinematics. With PCG, niagra or whatever can potentially work.
I just want to have some kind of easy to setup "walking on a street people" for archviz like in twinmotion, but I sheer variety of ways I can do that seems overwhelming and I'm not rich enough to use Anima.
I could, yes. But in the mean time: check out the City Sample project of Unreal engine itself. They have a dynamic crowd system in there as well. Works great. Atho it's a bit heavy in download size.
Will this play in Sequencer?
That's great but how to make it play in the sequencer ?
Did you figure it out ?
@@gotdraco at least the way i did it is " in the outliner i dragged all the generated bodies from the PCG , in the sequencer, selected them all and added the animation, I think there should be another way without doing this but it worked.
@@Vegaart777 wym?
@@gotdraco how to add that crowd animation in sequencer he asked
