I’ve seen people use king oyster mushrooms to make vegan scallops but never celery root! I’d love a video on that! (And the creme brûlée)
This food looks lovely and artistic! When I was in junior high (back when) I had a wonderful teacher and she brought in sheets of dried seaweed for us to try. I was SO excited! The worst thing I have ever tasted. I will eat it in things or on sushi but it simply tastes like the bottom of the ocean after a million years. Let's not pretend by prettying/doctoring it up. Weird to me that people won't try sushi but they will eat the rolls wrapped in yuckiness. I know, a matter of taste. :)
